It maybe a fast food place but the food is very good and if you want to go in to eat the atmosphere is great too.
NASTY! Is all I can say about my last visit. It reminded me of why I very rarely go to a Burger King. I ordered a whopper with... cheese, bacon and mustard. I make it a point to always check my order when going in the drive thru anywhere. More often thannot, it saves a second visit to correct the order. After receiving my order I checked it and found out my whopper had cheese andmustard, but no bacon. I sent it back to get the bacon I had paid extra for. After getting it back a second time and checkingit. I noticed the top bun was pretty much destroyed, laying on top of the burger in pieces. I assume, by the standard ofservice, that this was done intentionally by the person who corrected the problem. So my best advice is to avoid this location.If you do decide to eat here, check your orders! If you have to send it back, you may or may not be surprised at what you willfind. Read more
I was indecisive and the young lady taking my order was super nice and shared a laugh with me about it. Order was perfect the... first time and rather quick considering it was a fairly big order. Can't say enough good about these hard workers at Burger Kingthanks. Read more
The older woman, who I?m assuming is a manager considering the younger staff seemed scared of her, was rude and nasty. She gave... me ketchup packets that were covered in old sticky ketchup and when I asked her for different packets she told me to wipe themoff myself. Fortunately a younger girl gave me new packets. I asked for an extra ranch packet for my fries as well and the olderwoman said that she already put a 1 ranch in the bag for my nuggets and then walked away. Came Here last night for a quick dinner for my family after my sons football game. Order the 2 for 10s. 3 impossible burgers and... 1 king. Got home only to find all 3 impossible burgers were undercooked. Drive all the way back( 20min drive) For the manager totell me to " calm down, they didn't do it on purpose" . I wasn't belligerent, I said I was pretty p/o and she wanted to tell meto calm down.. a manager lol. Then had the nerve to say " you do know those are plant based" YES I DO KNOW THAT, YOU FISHSTICK!!I DO NOT CONSUME MEAT THATS WHY I ORDERED IMPOSSIBLES!! Read more
This review is not a dig against the hourly employees, as they are only doing their job. My issue is with the management they... have running the place. Since we (my family) travel all over the Midwest for business purposes, there times we are away fromhome for up 15 hours some day. That necessitates the need to stop and get food on the go. Historically, Burger King locationshave been one off the more accommodating of the restaurants we go to and one of the few that have a decent vegetarian option(mymom didn't feel like Subway today.) We like our fries cooked extra and have gotten this request fulfilled at over 33+ locationsall over Indiana and some place in Ohio. We politely asked the clerk if we could have the fries as we requested he said he wouldhave to ask his manager. He came back and said he couldn't. We then ask if we could talk to the manager. The manager madeexcuses that they didn't have a timer setting to cook them more. We politely explained to her how all the other locations wereable to, which she quipped a snarky "we can't, it kills the grease". Onion rings and breaded items degrade oil more (I used towork in the food industry.) If I did that to a customer I would have at best been given a written disciplinary write up, if notterminated!!! This manager has little to no customer service skills and is very unprofessional. The only reason why this revieweven has 1 star is because I physically can't give a lower score and they didn't put mayonnaise on my sandwich. Read more
