As a store, it is sad that management allows a lone worker to deal with everything by themselves. I was in the other day and the... older gentleman was very kind and apologized for the slow service, while customers spoke unkindly and cursed at him. 2 otheremployees called off and this man was left to do it all! Did you pay him the pay of those other employees who didn't show up???I didn't think so. Very sad and that man deserves a huge raise!!! Read more
We got a pizza and 2 breads and came out to 17.98... they uncharged my girlfriend on the crazy bread even though we got crazy... sauce on both so be sure to watch out because they're being slimey especially when times are all ready tough Read more
If someone calls in for an order, they probably want it fresh since they know you keep pizzas in the warmer for an hr or longer... and we don't want those ones. Last time and this time I called ahead to make my order, then they give me an old pizza. If Ididn't care that I got an old pizza, I wouldn't have called before coming in. This location has inconsistent hours, way before the claims of being understaffed. The sign shows open but they say they are... done making pizza hours before the scheduled closing time. The other day my son found a couple (2) long hairs in his lunchcombo. We will not be going back. Read more

I personally dont eat at little ceasars because its disgusting. But, recently my grandson was employed there for a short time.... Work permit at 15 1/2 yrs old.can work and was available 20 hrs a week. But never worked more than 10. He came in Thursday for a3 hr shift and an employee walked out, opened his door and told him he was no longer needed. Not only the fact that gas is over$5 a gallon now and he drove 16 miles round trip, which could have been avoided by a phone call before his shift, from amanager. But the complete lack of professionalism and common sense is bewildering. He should have been asked to come into theoffice and not confronted in the parking lot in front of family members. By an adult manager or the equivalent. Way to show andteach our youth the importance of proper business procedures and respect. From what i have heard and recently witnessed. Itspretty much a free for all in the store. Music blaring. Employees cursing and being just straight up obnoxious. Luckily mygrandson was raised properly and understands. But it still upset him. As it should have. Im completely disgusted and will highlyrecommend that no one goes to that particular little ceasers in wauseon. Smh. I placed an order online for it to be picked up by 4:15-4:20 and I went in and they didn?t even have my order. The lady working... hung up on a person and told her daughter we don?t have time to take more orders. Their system was down supposedly. One old manended up walking out. All online orders with people walking in to get them weren?t ready and they didn?t even have their orders.I will never go there again. Read more
