I really don't enjoy giving poor reviews, but I feel I must in this case. I don't know if awhile back they changed management.... The last four times I have gone through the drive through it seems to have been worse each time. I order the usual. 3 foot long.4 veggies and one condiment. Then I pull up to the window. They take my payment. Then I wait. And wait and wait. Mind you thereare three ladies working inside. I had to wait 25 minutes before I got my order. It's like watching slow motion. They are alwaystalking to each other and disappearing into the back together. These people are giving subway a bad name. If corporate caredthey would do something. Read more

Worst Subway ever!! Service is horrible they don?t accept coupons and order is NEVER EVER correct. Ordered a footlong pizza sub... on flat bread asked to have jalapeño a a small amount of onion added to it with extra sauce. The sub had olives banana peeperand too many onion and the sub was cold when asked for it to b toasted? call the store and they all they say is sorry ???? Read more
Worst Subway in a 20 mile radius! Would rate 0 stars if possible. No specials. No coupons honored. No soup. Tables need wiping.... Drink area was unclean. Was a bit apprehensive about the food as much looked dried out and appeared to have been sitting in thebins for a while. Be sure you have time to eat your food before they close. Ordered our food. Sat down to eat. Were told it wasclosing time and we had to leave. Have NEVER been able to NOT finish a meal once in a restaurant before closing. When we askedif we could just sit and finish while they cleaned up they said no. Sat in our car in 5* weather outside the restaurant andfinished our food. 15 minutes later they had not yet come back in the dining room to clean. Absolutely no reason why we couldn'thave remained inside to finish our meal. There are plenty of other places to eat in wauseon. Stay away if you think you canhave a quick sandwich after a ball game.
