I keep trying to give this one a chance, but today might just be the last straw. I ordered the grilled burrito box, and a 2... chicken chalupa supreme combo. I?m missing the taco that came with my meal, and this was one of my chalupas. Not even chicken,and missing half of the stuff that?s supposed to be on it. At this point, this is the 3rd order of mine they?ve messed up, andI?m honestly tired of having to drive all the way back to the store to have it fixed. Read more
Great service, excellent speed and delivery. Food was amazing. Supervisor was friendly and helpful.
Got home seen that the tacos were smashed like they were punched and my steak quesadilla was made with a ripped wrap. The tacos... also were wrapped with like 20 paper wraps. Then basically thrown in the bag. Last time I go to Taco Bell in town. The time wasexactly 1:35 when I showed up. There was no reason to do this. Also didn?t give me a receipt. So I couldn?t get a refund. Ishould of took a picture but I was so upset I just throw it away. There was no point. I hope some people know they get paid fordoing their job. Imagine if you went to Taco Bell and this happened to you. There is no reason to do this to your costumers. 35dollars down the drain just because some people want to be petty. Hey listen I get it I work as a cook either your having a badday or just want to go home but that is no reason to act. Think before you act you don?t know these people something terriblecould of happened to them and then you do this because you think your being funny or think you?ve had a worse day than them. This taco bell is hit or miss. Today was definitely a miss. They were out of Mexican Pizza, could only order certain items... online, my Crunch Wrap was terrible ???? I do give the young man working at the window 5 ???? He was very friendly. Read more
Taco Bell's generally get a bad rap for customer service, but I wanted to stop by and leave Wauseon's Taco Bell a positive... review. When I stop by for lunch during the week the employees are always fast, efficient & friendly. Perhaps the customerservice late at night or during weekends won't be the same, but during the work week over the lunch hour they do a great job! Read more
The food at taco bell has improved drastically. I have been avoiding this restaurant, but nothing else was open so, I gave them... a 2nd chance and glad I did. Food was much better than in the past. Great job to the staff Read more
Waited at the drive thru screen for 10 mins no response. Tried to go inside doors were locked. Pulled around the building to... drive thru window and a car was parked there. Not sure how long they have been here but we have been sitting behind them foralmost 15 mins. Multiple people standing inside looks like only one person working. Read more
