Went there Sunday 11/6/22 around 1:30-2pm. I ordered jr cheese burger small fries drove up to the window to pay never gave me my... receipt shut the window and the next day saw that they charged me $25 for it. Visited Wendy?s when traveling to use the restroom. When I turned to leave the stall after flushing the toilet, my arm was... scratched by a sharp pointed screw protruding through the partition separating the 2 stalls. I waited several minutes at thecounter for bandaids to cover the deep bleeding scratch. No one seemed concerned about the hazard caused by the screw. I surehope I don?t get an infection from it! Asked us to pull ahead which was fine..but..almost 10 minutes on a burger when she said "meat" was coming off now. Asked for... lite ice in my drink and cheese in my chili and didn't get either one! The burger that she said meat was was coming off...YEAHalmost 10 minutes ago warm! Read more
A couple months ago I definitely would have gave them 1 star, and wouldn't have even wanted to give them that much credit.... However the last two times I've been, the service was much better, the food was hot and fresh (definitely was nasty, old, andvery cold the last couple months!) The service was alot faster and very friendly! So very glad they've made some changessomewhere, only reason I didn't give 5 stars is, they just made these changes, I need consistency before they get my 5 starrating. Wendy's is our first choice for fast food. I had the double stack with 2 moist, tasty and delicious burgers. My friend had the... single meal with chili. He always gets that and says the chili always tastes the same...every time. Read more
Ordered online..waited 30min to give them time. Arrive and half the order is ready.. employees are just yelling at one another... about whose job is what. Gladly wait another 30min. Finally go back in to find out order is ready. Get back to open order andHALF is missing. Do you really think these workers deserve $15 an hour? Place should be shut down till they can figure out howto operate a half way decent business. Sad Read more
