Very slow service! Waited about 10 mins in line to order one sausage and egg biscuit. Get to the pickup and tell us to pull to... the side for a single breakfast sandwich for another 5 to 8 minutes. At least they got it correct. Read more
Went through the drive through and ordered two #2s(sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin, hashbrown, and drink) and 2 extra... hashbrowns. Once we paid and got our food, we checked out bag and neither sandwich had egg on it. Went inside for replacementsandwiches. Got about 20 minutes down the road before we realized 1 sandwich STILL didn't have egg on it. Our receipt said"sausage EGG" for both too. Every time we go to this McDonald's we have to check our food because all most always they aregetting the order wrong. And the majority of the mixups are them not putting egg on the breakfast sandwiches we order. I am sofed up and disappointed with this. It's EGG!!!! Read more
Every single time I go there lately (I live very close so I go relatively often) they mess something up. They ALWAYS forget my... dipping sauce as well and when it's busy I don't mind but tonight it was just me and 1 other car and they still forgot mydipping sauce and the soda tasted as if they messed up and put orange soda first and instead of starting over they just filledit the rest of the way with the Dr pepper. The worst service in Wautoma. The noon lady manager is really rude and talks to customers like she hates her job. They screwed... up my order. After she was rude to me about her employees mistake, I drove off out of frustration. All I got was my McChicken.Not my drinks. So I paid $6.41 for a McChicken. I?ll never go back there! Horrible!! I usually avoid this McDonald's. Employees could learn to smile, and not act like you're annoying them. I was handed a frozen... coke that was exploding everywhere. It was all over the outside and inside of my car. She offered me extra napkins, and handedme 2. Do you know how sticky that stuff is? 2 days later, I'm still finding sticky spots. Read more
Getting more expensive every time I stop in! Wrong orders! Cold Fries! and Iced Coffee has majorly reduced in size but same... price! Their competitor down the street has been getting way more of my business lately! Edit. I just went thru the drive thruto pick up my online order thru the app. I went to the left side drive thru had to wait 10 minutes, was addressed only oncejust to be told to wait, while the right side drive thru was continually being helped. The person behind me backed out and justleft! I would have done the same but had already pd for my order. After the last person on the right drive thru was helped ifinally get remembered, i did voice my concerns which were completely ignored and just told to drive ahead!!! Not good. Not very clean. Got a McChicken and there was a bone found in sandwich. Was given a free sandwich coupon and dessert... for their store only that expires at the end of the month. I would not eat here again if someone paid me. Reaching out tocorporate to let them know. Read more
Stopped due to low blood sugar. Ordered one (1) fish sandwich. Waited 28 minutes. Was told I'm lucky I only waited 28 minutes... because drive thru was waiting 900 seconds, or 15 minutes. Food was rock hard and ice cold. Perhaps because I saw it sitting onthe counter for 20 of the 28 minutes while 3 or 4 employees stood around waiting for 1 person to prepare the food. Read more
