Haven't been to a Chipotle in years but my wife & I wanted to try their new garlic steak dish that they have been advertising... like crazy for the last few weeks so decided to visit and give them a try. Walked in, didn't see this entree on their menu boardso asked the greeter about it. Her very rude, short and unapologetic response was that "it is currently not available."What?! We couldn't believe our ears. Needless to say, we won't be going back to another Chipotle again any time soon. What ajoke! the food itself is usually great, unfortunately the employees can never seem to get my order right and this almost every single... time I've went theres been an issue with my order. It's better to order from the mobile app because you can complain tocorporate and get a buy one get one free coupon, so they'll mess up on your next order resulting in another buy one get one freecoupon. I got a burrito and I?m afraid it was not rolled properly. Also the chicken was not all white meat, that might have been my own... fault but there was not an all white meat option. Absolute worst customer service ever. I was the only customer in the place at 6:30 on a Tuesday (night-meanwhile the line for... Culver?s was wrapped around the parking lot) The two women behind the counter Just stared at me blankly and sometimes almostglared at me a the sheer inconvenience of having to fill my order (one burrito bowl with minimal ingredients-rice- beans-mildand corn salsa-lettuce-cheese-sour cream) So damn unfriendly and rude-I will never go back there again. I used to like going to this Chipotle, but as of lately their service is really bad. The last two times I've been there, I've... tried to order a quesadilla. The first time I was told their "quesadilla maker" wasn't working, and today I was told they onlymake them if ordered online. However, quesadillas are still on the menu hanging in the store. Today, they were out of prettymuch everything, they didn't have a single kind of salsa. So my husband asked for queso on his burrito. They charged us extrafor the queso. When I asked why they would charge extra when they didn't have any other toppings, the cashier just looked at meand told me it didn't matter, that they have to charge me extra.
