I want to start by saying I love Cousins Subs. But this location is terrible. Ever since they moved to their beautiful new... building, their service is awful. You can never order online and if you do, you'll definitely wait when you get there cause theyonly have 1 person working. The worst service I've had from a fast food place recently. Avoid this location at dinner time. It is either understaffed or not competently staffed. Just after pulling up to the drive... through both the cars in front of me pulled out of the line and left. I should have taken that as a sign and left myself. However, with those cars gone, I was next to order. I was promptly greeted with a ?please hold a moment.? But, after waiting 7minutes for the worker to come back, and not seeing any movement of the two cars between me and the pickup window, I left. Read more
We ordered subs to be ready at a certain time and they were 30 minutes late. They served all the people in the store that came... in after my order should have been ready. Not a good way to run a business or keep customers coming back to your business. Read more

Manager was nice and didn't over heat our Mac and cheese because she saw we had kids about to eat it. However after asking for... no veggies they still put veggie on my sub. The manager offered to fix it then charged me for a replacement sub. Finally the newauto soda/flavor machines don't have mello yellow. Read more
After 25 years of eating Cousins Cheesesteaks they are still the best ever. Iv been living in Florida for years and every time... I'm back in Milwaukee the first two things I do is get a Cousin's Cheesesteak and then a fish fry. I wish that someone wouldopen a franchise in West Palm Beach because driving 1300 miles for a sub is getting harder to do....lol Read more
I ordered pick up in advance but still had to wait in the drive through for 25 minutes with everyone else because the lobby was... closed. Should have been a way to avoid this.. Read more
