I'll start off by saying I love Dave and busters. My girlfriend and I go to one every year for her birthday. This year we just... moved to Wisconsin and tried this location for the first time. I have never had worse service anywhere in my life. It took over30 minutes for someone to help us at our table after we were sat by a hostess. When she finally came we knew we should ordereverything because who knew when we would see the server again. Our beers were either forgot about or someone was lazy. It tookabout 25 minutes to get our beer which was bottled and simply moved from a cooler to our table about ten feet away. We hadappetizers come out before we got drinks. I will also say they were not busy at all. In fact Ive never seen a Dave and bustersthat dead. The food was good, fries were a little burnt but that was okay. Aside from the atrocious service, many of the gameswere out of order or simply just eating your tickets. There was no one on the floor to track down to get help about any of this.For how expensive this place is, it was a bad experience. Unfortunately will not be coming back to this location. Read more
Food, service (Rachel), cleanliness, etc. were all great. That's what warrants adding the 3 stars. The lack of the other 2 is... due to misleading marketing resulting in a lesser than expected experience with the games. The idea of half-price games onWednesdays is great but the fact they leave out of the marketing that you'll receive a crippled experience on those days is notso great. For those that don't know, during this promotion, every single skill-based ticket-giving game is switched to Out ofOrder status. These are arguably some of the most fun games available. The only types left are non-ticket arcade games andticket games that have a rigged payout schedule such as Cyclone & Stacker. I understand the potential need for this from abusiness perspective but the way it's not clearly communicated in the marketing that many of the games will intentionally bemade unavailable during this offer is unacceptable. Dave & Buster's should either make it clearer the promotion offers acrippled experience compared to a typical day or market the deal as only applying to select games and leave the others fullprice so they're at least still playable. It heavily dampens the experience to see every single machine that has potential for asizable skill-based ticket output either turned off completely or switched to "out of order" status. I'm not likely to return onWednesdays due to this and will be heavily skeptical of any of D&B's marketing going forward. Read more
Had a great experience. Service was the best I've received at any of the Dave and busters, and one of the best I've had in a... long. My server Chris was more than helpful with me and my family. He made my daughters birthday one to remember. Hoping tocome back for my sons birthday next month! Games were fun but a little pricy and many were not working. Hoping to have theirwings and fries next time, was unable to since the fryers were down. Read more
A very fun time! Lots of different games and activities for all age levels. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because this... particular location had a lot of games that were out of service. My son also lost a lot of coins trying to get games to work. Read more
My son booked a party in one of the rooms and for as much as he paid we should've got a better host / server. We had people... waiting forever to order we had to keep finding her and flagging her down for service. Then I ordered food and my son ordered 5mins after me . I got my food quick and his took over 45 minutes. We believe she forgot to put it in. I dont understand whythey'd have her work a birthday party of about 30 kids and adults and still taking tables. Horrible customer service, unprofessional , most machines cost 6-10 tickets. You pay $60 for 400 and cannot split that into... other cards. Not only that, most the machines did not work, were faulty, or broken and still took points. There was no one onthe floor to help and when I went to ask for help I was given attitude, eye rolling. This place is expensive and the way itwent, I WANT MY MONEY BACK. We didn't even have food or drinks because we wanted to get out of there asap! The kids had fun,but we're disappointed at most the broken games. Don't waste your time and money. This place is just ghetto. I didn't seeanyone on floor wiping anything down. Seems like they did some upgrading in the past few years. My children and I had a blast. Great place for adults and children.... Our food was excellent. The food pricing was average for that type od establishment.. the gaming was a bit pricey, but that isto expected. I bought the $29 (170 chips) + 10 bracelet for kids. I like the bracelets because they're easier to keep up withand reusable. 170 chips lasted approximately an hour 15 mins. We ate an left. Not bad. Believe me my children wanted to playlonger, but it was getting late and it became more of an adult crowd towards 830p. Read more
So i came here to get food/dessert. The restaurant has TWO families eating in it and over 40 tables and booths empty. I... requested to sit in a booth and the host tells me “no, we save those for parties of 6” and im thinking dude this place iscompletely empty…why can’t I sit in a booth versus a table. That really put a sour taste in my mouth and ruined my mood.Like the restaurant is completely empty lol Read more
