I went to Good City Brewing for the first time last Saturday afternoon. Our waitress was top notch. She was very attentive and... super kind. She had such a friendly demeanor. The service alone is worth a 10. Now as for the food. . . It left nothing to bedesired. My friend had a giant pretzel and the vegan chili. Unfortunately, she says it wasn?t good. I had the Reuben sandwich,fries and a side salad. The salad dressing was supposed to be Italian; however, I believe it was just olive oil. Strike #1 . . .The rye bread of my Reuben sandwich was was so hard, I could?ve broke the garage door window with it. Strike #2 . . . The breadwas so dry and hard on the edges that I literally could?ve cut the roof of my mouth Strike #3. The fries were good tho?. I wishthe food was better. I was really disappointed, and I?m not sure if I will ever go back. I hope nobody ever ask me about itbecause I can?t lie and I don?t like saying negative things about anyone or anything. Had some of the best service ever here thanks to our waitress Kerry. She had a huge smile on her face the whole time and was... very attentive to our table. She was quick to bring us whatever we needed. That type of service makes a place worth going backto! And if you like Cesar salad, definitely get it!! Dressing was delicious. Read more

I came as a guest for a rehearsal dinner and thoroughly enjoyed our evening. The food was delicious and the drinks were great!... My mom and I had the red and rose sangria and we loved both! We had kids with us and they approved of the food too! We loved thecornhole boards outside seating too! It was a great setting for a fun night! Read more

So, I hate complaining but if it leads to improvement then it?s worthwhile. Ordered chili for carry out and they used containers... not meant for a soupy chili. And when you need to wrap one (not sure why not both) in plastic wrap, there?s an issue. Food wasgood but the mess to get to it makes carry out a turn-off. Read more

I came here to try the food not for beer. This review is about the food. I was very disappointed with the food. We started... with some appetizers. We had the giant pretzel and it came with a mustard mayo, we were not fans of the dip but the pretzelitself was very good. Very soft and spongy. The pretzel was smaller than I expected. Definitely not "giant". It came with currypopcorn which I didn't care for. We also had the boneless wings and these were delicious. They were super crispy. It wasappropriately hot and tasted a bit like orange chicken. I had the Mac and cheese and added the grilled chicken. The mac andcheese was $12 + $6 for the chicken. The cheese in the mac is beer cheese and it was good; however it was very dry. My pastabarely had any cheese on it. I added the chicken and that was great, it had great flavor on its own but definitely not worth 18dollars. My friend had the pulled pork sandwich. The meat again felt very dry, not enough sauce or flavor. The bun had a weirdtaste as well. To me, it tasted like it had cinnamon? Not really sure but it was not good. My husband had the grilled chicken.The chicken was dry. Overall nothing special with this sandwich. Finally, we had the dessert, we never skip dessert. We orderedthe Imperial Stout Brownie and the server warned us that it was a small brownie, apparently a lot of people end up beingdisappointed by the size of the brownie. We thought it was a decent size. The server did mention that sometimes they aredifferent sizes. It was dark chocolate so less sweet then a regular brownie. The ice cream on it was delicious ????. They need to bump up there game here. The menu is very bland and so was the food and over priced for what you get. I had the... chicken sandwich which was $15.00. I don?t mind paying more money for good food but this is not good food. We wanted to sitoutside. You have to order inside like a MCDonalds and than someone brings you your food out. I bussed my own table when wefinished since no one came out there to clear the tables. If you want to charge higher prices you should have the service and food to go along with that. Read more
