Went there for a business dinner. The wait for a table was over an hour. Unfortunately for me my friend broke her wrist and I... had to take her to the emergency room, so I did not have to wait for a table with my associates because I ended up being superlate for dinner. We were a party of nine, and they seated us in a back room. The atmosphere and decor were pleasant and lendthemselves to any occasion. I ordered 3 soft chicken tacos which were excellent. The portions were big and the prices werereasonable. The service was good with everyone enjoying their meals and having a great time. I left the restaurant early so Icould spend the rest of the night looking after my sick friend. It was a memorable evening, and Jose's was a fun part of it! Read more
Great service. The waiter misunderstood our order and offered to put it back in the kitchen, he requested a remake and tried to... be absolutely certain it was correct. Cool to watch guacamole made in front of us. Excellent food. Moderate prices. Allot offood combos are not traditional, food is trendy. Read more
Take the wife and toddler here occasionally. The back room has a great view of the passing trains which our son adores. Prices... seem a touch high at first glance, but the portions are awesome. Love their fresh guacamole, made right at the table and theirfajitas are awesome! Read more

Jose?s Blue Sombrero is a great place for phenomenal Mexican food in the Wauwatosa village. Located right next to Cafe... Hollander, they have a nice bar area with tvs, indoor and outdoor patio seating including a balcony! The food is is really goodand we?re a big fan of their fajitas, fajitas tacos, burritos, and signature Mexican entrees. They also have a great selectionof margaritas, both frozen and on the rocks, including a delicious skinny margarita. Our favorite part of all, they feature aguacamole cart and make fresh guacamole table-side with the ingredients of your choice. Definitely worth a try if you?re in thearea! Read more
