We stopped through drive through on a Sunday, just for fries to hold us over until we went to our next destination. The line... was pretty long. I'm sure they were short-staffed. The young lady working was nice though. My fries were hot. It's notChick-fil-A though. I'd return if after. Read more
I?ve probably gone here about 15 times before finally writing this. The staff here is absolutely horrific. I place mobile orders... and 75% of the time they can?t even seem to find them. On top of that, they?re straight up rude. I accidentally drove awaywithout getting a receipt, backed up to grab it and the lady said ?you really gonna drive off without your receipt?? In a snarktone. I frequent this place enough that I know for a fact you get paid to mostly sit on your phone and provide the lowest levelof service possible. Hire. Better. Staff. Read more
Our order was perfect and the burgers looked just like they do on the commercials! The food came out quickly and the manager... (Davrion Johnson) delivered it to our car. Davrion was nice to talk to and I could tell he really cared about the restaurant andhis crew. Read more
Very bad customer service asking what do you want first of all. And then saying we don't have that and then when you ask what... they have the drive thru teller was like we don't have that like if I was stupid. No attempt to be polite or offer anythingsimilar asked about what cold drinks they have and just said Sprite didn't even try to help. And then when my food was ready hewas missing around with another worker talking about leave me those small fries. Then I saw a gray shirt woman yelling at acustomer on the counter, really bad eggs that don't care about customer service at this franchise location. I wonder if theowner even cares. Read more
The Manager Daphne was Awesome Sauce! She was pleasant, Cheerful, & refreshing!She made sure I had the correct food, she checked... & Double Checked that I was happy & Satisfied with my order being correct! Hadn't been to McDonald's in a while. The quarter pound with cheese was good. The plain burger would have been better if it... had mustard, ketchup, and a pickle. I guess they forgot or a lack of communication. Otherwise, not bad at all. Read more
Very rude staff probably mad because of the lack and skills of service they can only work at McDonald?s. Lady arguing taking... about she put 2 fries in and the food tasted dried and burnt lady got sassy on the speaker when I asked about something missingon my order. If you are too lazy to open your doors for dine in or carry out or pick up then don?t throw a temper tantrum when a customer... orders curbside pick up?. Not all vehicles can go through the drive-through?. Don?t go blaming employee staffing shortage whenyou got 10 employees standing around doing nothing.
