Been to Mo?s many times over the years. Usually experience is great. Quick attentive service and good food and drinks. Most... recent experience was eh. Spinach and artichoke dip with a small handful of tortilla chips but at least it was tasty. 45, yes 45minutes for our table to get our drinks. Three cocktails and a glass of wine. All 3 cocktails had no ice left and watered down,so clearly had been sitting at the bar for a long time. We were one of a few tables on the patio so it wasn?t too busy. Tablenext to us on the patio was served and left in the entirety of the time it took us to just get us our drinks. All the goodexperiences I?ve had at Mo?s outweigh this one. 8/9/22 - Return visit to see how things are and to grab a dessert. Totally different experience. This trip we were greeted upon... entering and felt welcomed. This time we had the chicken and dumplings again, bae and I shared, the cheesecake, all bae's, andthe chocolate chip cookie, all about me. Again the chicken and dumplings were great. Seasoned well, just the same as last time.Consistencyin taste from a restaurant is important to us. Per my bae the cheesecake was ok but not mind blowing. We would orderagain but wouldn't specifically visit the location for that dessert. The same for the chocolate chip cookie. It did not move myheart. Overall this location did make our return list. This is definitely a spot we will frequent. 8/8/22 - I've visited thislocation a few times now. The service each visit has been ok. It wasn't extraordinary but I will give them a slight pass and sayit wasn't bad. When first arriving we stopped at the station that said wait here for seating. Upon stopping there we watched anemployee look at us not acknowledge us then walk away to the back. For 3-4 minutes we watched other employees walk past us andnot say anything. After about 4 mins the same employee that didn't acknowledge our arrival returned and said hello how many arein your party. After being seated our waiter was very kind and helpful. We had onion rings for an appetizer and some chicken anddumplings for the meal. The food was actually good. The breading on the onion rings was tasty and the dumplings were seasonedwell. Only because of the food and our waiter this place gets another visit. As I've mentioned before, almost everyone gets onebefore you are dropped off our foodie list. We liked our impromptu dinning after the day at the zoo. It was conveniently close. Food was very good, three of us had the... Shepards pie. We all thought it was very good. My girlfriend had the fish and chips. She also said it was very good. I had whatshe couldn't finish. She was correct, very well cooked. After many wonderful visits to Mos over the years, our experience on Sunday was terrible. We arrived at 4:30pm with a light... crowd, ordered our drinks, drinks came, ordered our food, and that?s when the problems happened. It took 75, yes 75 minutes forour food to come to our table. During that time our server only came to the table once. She apologized for the wait and gave usa free round of drinks. Only half of the drinks were delivered. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best and 1 ofour steaks was red rare in the middle. We asked to speak to the manager. Our server came back and she told us both of themanagers were helping in the kitchen and couldn?t talk. However, 3 of our meals would be free. The bill was still over $100. Theshift leader came to our table and apologized but offered lots of excuses of which that did not go over well with our group. Wewanted solutions NOT excuses. In fact, he said ?it is what it is? and he can?t change the past. Not the right words to say to afrustrated dinner group. I highly enjoy Mo's. While I hadn't been to Mo's for years until this spring, I started coming to this location when it opened... -- I previously lived in walking distance of it, and it was a favorite hang out year round -- indoors and outdoors. The food isgreat, their grilled cheese is one of my favorites, and it pairs fantastically with their tomato soup. Their apps arewonderful. The cheese curds are a bit heavier than others with the beer batter, but good still yet. The service has alwaysbeen friendly and efficient even when we came with large parties. I haven't had anything bad here. They also serve Sprecher'sroot beer in the bottle. Read more

Was told by Kyle a manager that they'd send me a gift card via email? after this mess was delivered to me. I had ordered a... ribeye, med rare with scrambled eggs, sourdough toast, with a side of potatoes and a side of bacon through uber eats andreceived this slop. No eggs? Overcooked strips of sirloin? It smelled so wrong. Like the meat had turned. It was also covered inmushrooms which was bizarre. Who would order just like pieces of steak and mushrooms on soggy potatoes? And better yet who cooksthat? Covering something with cheese doesn't make it edible. They never sent a gift card or reached back out so here's theirglowing review. Gross.
