Shocking, wish there was a 0 star available. On pickup I asked why my order didn't look right and was told everything was... underneath and all the toppings were there. Came home and realized that I was lied to my face. Called and asked for a refund andwas told that was not an option unless I drove all the way back in even though I was lied to my face. I asked for the name ofthe person I was speaking to and was hung up on. Hoping that my complaint to corporate gives a refund. I had also tipped 20%with my online order. I will NEVER go back to this location (76th and Bluemound). I ordered on line at 9 am to pick up at 4:00. When I got there there... were 6 people in line to pick up pizzas and they w ere 20 pizzas behind. I waited 40 min. For pizzas I ordered 7 hours earlier.The store was filthy. They had no Mountain Dew, and my pizzas looked like garbage. I refused to serve them to my family. Theywere all folded over and the toppings were all spread on the cardboard tray. This is the second attempt within the last two months I tried to order pizza from here. This is also the second time I walked... out without anything. Today we walked in around 3 and waited in line to order without being acknowledged for several minutes. When someone behind me finally asked if we they were taking orders the employee said, "I am making pizza, there is only two ofus, what do you want me to do?" He clearly did not want to be there and clearly did not want customers there either. Iunderstand that they are short staffed but there is no reason to be so rude. I placed an order for two items for delivery. The delivery driver told me that one of the items wasn't available and that I... could request a refund through the app. They never called me to see if I still wanted the rest of the order, they just sent itout incomplete. I also didn't use the app to place my order and I don't have it installed on my phone. I tried calling thestore but the phone just rang Nobody answered after about 20 rings and there was no voicemail. The website just says that theorder was delivered and didn't say anything about missing items. I guess they're just going to steal my money if I don't installthe app to request a refund. Sounds kind of shady to me so even if I do download the app to request the refund I definitelywon't be ordering anything from them again. Buyer beware. Read more

I am so frustrated with this location because of the quality of service. I ordered four pizzas earlier in the day and when I... arrived they had not even started the pizzas, and when a walk-in would come in and ask for a pizza, they would stop our pizzasand make theirs instead so our time was even more pushed back. On top of that, they told us they recently gave the last pizzaaway a little bit ago that we already pre-ordered several hours earlier. Then they told us they were out of family size pizzasand we had two pizzas for that size so we did not get the correct ones we ordered. So in all we spent 45 minutes at the storewaiting for our pizzas, and only got two out of the four we ordered, even after we paid. I am so disappointed and do notrecommend this store because even though you take the time to pre order and have it ready for pick up, they don?t have it readyfor you and help you after everyone else is helped first. DIRTY. There was scraps everywhere. Even dead bugs and Flys on the sils. I peeked in the back and it was a disaster. There is no... way, absolutely no way they are following sanitation guidelines here. It was gross. The pizza, was ok. I ordered the stuffedpizza and it was all bread about 3 inches from the outside in. Hardly and fillings. I will not go here again. Read more

I will never go back to this store! One of the items I ordered wasn't available so they said I would get a refund. That hasn't... happened yet. I do not intend to come back to this location again in the near future. We called in our order and it wasn't ready for 10+... minutes after we arrived. The store front was dirty, garbage on the floor, & the bathroom was GROSS, had nothing to dry yourhands with, and smelled like pee. One of the 2 teens working was very sloppy with his work and his shirt was touching the pizzahe was making. You can see his quality work in the photo. The Saran wrap around his pizza barely covered it & we didn't receiveany cooking instructions.
