Terrible. Horrific in fact. Granted it's the weekend and the staff are a bit more relaxed because none of the big wigs are... present, as would otherwise be the case on the weekdays. But the staff had a line of customers and still talked and laughedamongst themselves before talking any orders. It seemed more like a weekend hangout spot than an actual restaurant. But I wouldimagine that would be the case at most locations since they seem to hire just about anyone these days. None of them worehairnets and the doors and windows looked as though they haven't been cleaned in weeks. Please do better. Read more
Well here we go, ordered, the young lady that checked me out NO GLOVES ON, FACE MASK ???? THOUGH, she kept picking up her phone... that was sticky as heck, but not one time did she wash her hands after she picked up her phone several times, then looked at melike I did something wrong because I gave her the ARE U SERIOUS LOOK, CAN we have one restaurant employee that doesn't look attheir phone more than they work please? The general manager kept apologizing but she as a regular manager didn't apologize????????. Smh maybe she felt she wasn't wrong. Read more
Good Qdoba location. The staff gives good portions and I haven't had any issues in the numerous times I've ordered... here. Plenty of parking and there's indoor and outdoor seating. Read more
The food was good. However, the parking lot had litter all over, the doors were disgustingly filthy, 7 employees behind the... counter chatting amongst themselves and were in no hurry to help. We reluctantly decided to continue with our order but walkedout of there saying to ourselves... we won't be back. Read more
This was my first visit to this particular location and dare I say it will be the last. The workers were RUDE! When I got my... food home it was cold and I live 5 min away. Please work on your customer service skills because my experience was horrible andthe food was subpar. Read more
I come here at least 2-3 times a week for lunch as the office I work at is only about a mile away. I ordered online like I... usually do and just pick it up. I got back to work after picking it up and was extremely disappointed with the portion given tome and honestly found it mind boggling how anyone could think it was ok to give that to someone. I could literally see thebottom of the bowl still and when I brought it back, they told me that's basically just how it is. I understand inflation and Iunderstand things are hectic in the work world and that at this point you have to hire anyone that comes your way.. but there'sa difference between that and just being lazy and not caring.
