THE WORST RED LOBSTER EVER!!!!! Do not go there! My husband and I were there yesterday. The place was practically EMPTY.. The... waitress made it known she was tired and ready to go. I put my order for 4 appetizers and water. After waiting for 20 minutesthe water and biscuits came. Then, Only three appetizers came out. The waitress stated” oh, I have to FIND your otherappetizer. So, I told her. She can cancel it…. After waiting for 25 minutes for my waitress to refill our water and biscuit. Itook my glass to the manager and asked for refills and more biscuits. The waitress finally made an appearance when it was timefor the check and had the Audacity to stand out my shoulder to see how much her tip was going to be. I found that to be sodisrespectful so she received a little tip that she deserved.For her brief appearance $3. She made me feel so uncomfortable. Iordered our entree to go. We woke up this morning. Looked at our food and the fish was burnt! The baked potatoes were $6 forlobster fillings. They were the littlest potatoes I EVER seen from a restaurant! My granddaughter chose this restaurant out of the literal hundreds she could have chosen. I just have to say that I have NEVER... had such awful horrible service ANYWHERE! It took over a half hour to get drinks. Actually some of the appetizers came outbefore our drinks. We didn't even get 2 of the appetizers but they made sure we were charged for them. The mushrooms andmozzarella sticks we never got. In the middle of taking one of our orders the server, KATRINA C literally turned around while mydaughter was talking and she walked to another table! Then came back as if it never happened! My granddaughter ordered a stealand lobster for her birthday dinner and didn't get the right steak. We were told the right one would be brought to her but itnever happened. I asked her nicely to bring more biscuits and she was extremely rude in responding to me telling me to just holdon and walked away AGAIN. There were 8 of us and 2 checks. This was only 1 of the checks so it's not like we only got a fewthings. myself and 2 of my daughter's who were there are all 3 servers in other restaurants and there is absolutely NO EXCUSEfor how we were disregarded several times. If our bosses were to know we gave service like this we'd be lucky to come back thenext day and have a job. They were not busy at all. She wasn't overwhelmed with tables by any means. This was supposed to be aspecial day for my granddaughter and sadly her experience here was very far from anything special other than at least her familywas there with her. Restaurants should be happy people choose their establishments to dine at especially with what we are allslowly coming out of. You'd think manager's would be more attentive to how the servers are interacting with the patrons andmaking sure their customers are satisfied. This was ridiculous and she went ahead and personally added the 20% on the creditcard slip. Food was not good at all. No flavor! Shrimp tasted raw. Service horrible. Heard other table asking for food to be snt back.... Portions smaller but prices higher! Not worth it any more!!!! Read more

Had an overall good lunch experience here. Server (Nicky) was friendly, helpful and courteous. Hostess was good as well. Food... was tasty and came out in a decent amount of time. However, one of our two entrees was wrong. I ordered the oven-broiledflounder but received the crispy (fried) flounder. Because we did not have time to wait for an entree to be remade, I just ateit. I do not know if the error was due to the server or to the kitchen. It was disappointing because the other entree weordered already included crispy flounder, so we wanted the other flounder oven-broiled so that everything wasn't deep-fried.This error marred an otherwise excellent lunch. I get that that they were training new servers but...was charged an almost 50 dollar tip because staff highlighted it when they... printed the receipt. Did not approve it. Not happy with the liberty but he was sweet. Always check your reciept Read more

We waited over 45 mintues for a table and the place was not busy. I understand places are under staffed but the people seated... had food. When they went to seat us the table was dirty. Once we sat down we waited a good 10 mintues to even place our orderand another 40 mintues to even get biscuits and salad. I hate to give it 1 star because the waiter was very attentive and he didtry to be accommodating to us. I will never step foot back into this location again. We got there a little after 5 and left at7:25 and had a 6 year old with us..which did not go well. Read more

Red Lobster is one of our favorites in general but this location unsatisfactory! Our server was not friendly, the drink had a... gnat in it and after it was returned (without replacement) it was still on the bill. The food came out wrong and an order wasforgotten (never put in the system). We will not be returning to Red Lobster thanks to this horrible experience. Read more

1st time visiting this location. The food was fresh and hot. The server new the menu and all the deals. Wasn't along wait time.... Once we arrived we were sitted. We were greeted by several managers to make sure the everything was good with our food andservice. Enjoyed my meal and the service. For that I give them 5 ???? Read more
