Ive been to this location about a half dozen times in the past couple years. Consistency varies on food quality. This time both... the breadsticks and pizza were slightly too dry, and the sauce tasted like it had been under the heat lamp too long. Other timesit has been alright. They seem understaffed and the dining area wasn?t as clean as it should be. Hard to believe this place refused to make a pizza at 6:30pm today when they don't close until 11pm. They flat out told us they... were not making anymore full pizzas tonight. F for effort, F for any kind of customer satisfaction. F for not making a pumpkinshaped pizza for a 9 year old. Read more

I normally don't complain about food service because they are usually over worked & under paid (I've been there). This... unfortunately needs to be the exception to my rule. I went through the drive thru to place our lunch order of 3 super slices &an order of bread sticks with cheese sauce. The order was not repeated to me and I wasn't given a total. I was quickly told todrive forward which I did. When I was handed our order I checked it & realized I only had 2 slices of pizza & the bread sticks(which is what i was charged for according to my charge slip). When I pointed the error out to the employee Mary B. whose nameis on my charge slip she closed the drive thru window on me & walked away. I sat there for a minute hoping she might come backor the Manager that was sitting right by the service window for drive thru would acknowledge me in some way. My mistake thinkingthey would actually do their jobs properly. Instead of interrupting the lunch of the vehicles behind me I left. When we got backto the office the bread sticks were hard & cold, the pizza was over cooked & had way to much sauce on it. It literally took me 4minutes to get back to the office. Lady at drive-thru was very rude didn't have the order right when I corrected her on this politely she was extremely rude. Got... to order took it home. When we got home we discovered the pizza was undercooked especially the 'slice of the day' it was Raw inthe middle, tepid not hot.. This happens too often! Salad was yummy. Lunch with my youngest and it was a darn good one! My only wish is that they would bring back sausage and mushroom on a regular... basis rather than just devoted as a special pizza for one day of the week (and I always seem to miss). We often look forward to this chewy tasty pizza as a treat. Well, today our treat turned out over baked to near creamatorium... status (see 1st pic). Everything is black on top. No chewy cheese or crust here. Crust is over baked and dry. Barely ?any?sauce (dry..see 2nd pic) much less the extra sauce asked for?which wasn?t even listed on the receipt. Why didn?t we call therestaurant? Because we?re not driving all of the way back from West Allis when we would typically pick it up on the way homefrom work. Many years ago I worked next door and ate their a lot! Loved it when they had the salad bar open! Miss that!! I recently went... and ordered a couple of pies for the family on my way home.
