Usually ok service. Today was beyond terrible. Two people working the counter. Took forever. I witnessed them screw up numerous... orders. I ordered breadsticks and a soda. This location is very disgusting. I went to this location at 3:30pm. The guy in the kitchen was twisting his hair, scratching... his hair, and texting all while boxing up the pizzas with NO GLOVES. I orderered a large peperoni pizza and they said a 20 minute wait it took them at least a good 30 minutes not good customer... service the guy had to come and ask what we ordered again after we had payed. Read more

Rockys has had a bit of a falling out, and since then their pizza is soggy if you get one that is already made. A staff was... sitting on their phone as well. Not the end of the world but not very professional. For the price it?s still worth the goodpizza but I wish it was fresh when I got it. It used to be but now it is always soggy. Read more

The breadsticks were oh my God! So yum !! and I had chicken Alfredo broccoli pasta ! Delicious ! ????

The quality of this Mayfair location has gone down substantially. The pepperoni slice I got had almost no sauce or cheese on it... so when I cut the pieces the toppings all fell off. No flavor like the slices used to have. Nothing zesty going on here. Ialmost thought they gave me plain cheese. The guy behind the register was not very friendly. He kept leaning over the windowinto the kitchen and yelling "who's the boss?". Someone inside the kitchen replied "i'm the boss"...so he crumpled up somepaper and threw it on the floor. This RR is awful. Employees on their phones and flat out lying about wait times. Also giving free food to their friends before... serving people who paid to have their food. We were here on February 20th 2018 at 7:00 PM and both female employees wereterrible. I could have ordered something from each of the other 10 restaurants and eaten all of that food by the time we wereactually given ours. Really had their 3rd string on staff today. One girl finally decided after she realized the other two weren't going to assist... the two customers behind the gaggle of boys chatting up the guy worker, she might try doing her job.... dragged herself off thecounter she had been holding up to help.
