Stopped into this Toppers about a week or so ago on a Saturday evening. I had a wonderful experience. The young lady at the... front counter was very polite and helpful. The young men in the back were working really hard. They were not slacking norappeared lazy at all. Everybody in that store was working. Great customer service! I will definitely return. Read more
Worst pizza ever!! Will never return! Cheese, sausage and spices not evenly distributed. No cheese on the outer rim. Have had... many frozen pizzas with better quality. Not even worthy of 1 star. ???????? Read more
I placed a online order through Toppers website with delivery from Toppers at 8:01PM. I received a text stating that my order... would be delivered at 9:02 PM. At 9:03 PM I still didn?t receive my order, so I checked the tracking and it stated my order wasdelivered at 8:36PM. I call the location I ordered from and was told that they didn?t have any delivery drivers so they handedmy order to door dash. So now they took my money and ran and I received nothing. I spoke with the store manager who offered tomake me a new order but it was too late at this point so I asked for a refund. He took my phone number and told me he wouldcheck with the the owner and get back to me in ten minutes. Well that never happened so basically they took my money and I gotnothing from their misjudgment or ignorance? I guess my next step is a call to Toppers corporate to file a formal complaint. I ordered a pizza at 12:30am. It said it would be delivered at 1:00am. At 1:45am I called them asking what was going on and they... put me on hold. I?m now on hold going on over 30mins. I tried calling on a different phone and they just answer and don?t sayanything, waiting for me to hang up. I would have been fine if they at least canceled my order or communicated something withme. I scheduled delivery for 5:30 and the pizza didn't show up until an hour later. This is not the first time this has happened. I... try to give places another chance but it was more of the same.If you are running behind or short staffed maybe just let thecustomers know so they can adjust properly and order way more in advance to have it when we want it. They also forgot marinarathat comes with the topper sticks and all the extra that I ordered and paid for. Read more
Maybe I am bias to Toppers, but where can you go and listen to music while you are waiting for your food. The staff engages with... conversation, Crack jokes, and hey I even seen an employee dancing. Crazy stuff and the food is great as well. Read more
