I placed an order to go in the store and the wait time wasn?t long at all but it was at 10:30 at night when I placed it, I got... home with my food and my corn was hard as a rock and my wings didn?t have any sauce on them & where was hard as well. II didn?teat any of it and when I tried to call last night no one answered the phone. So I call today and the manager tells me only if Ihave the food I can get it remade. Bad experience to go today... Ordered 3 combos. Said pickup time was 11:45 AM. I get there and I feel like nobody is happy to... see me. I waited 7 minutes to get my food. They didn't have my drinks packed, I had to fill them myself. I said the ice machinewas out of ice and they did nothing about it. I didn't get a thank you have a nice day either. I was polite and greeted them.Got back to our office and a fry was missing. The fries were overseasoned and were soggy. The wings were terrible, dried up andsuper greasy. My stomach is still upset 4 hours later. The ranch dressing was pretty amazing though. I suggest going elsewhere,I won't ever come back here. Read more
Waited hours for a $40 purchase, eventually tried to cancel and left on hold for another hour before giving up. Still have not... received a refund after several attempts to contact the store and email. Read more
The food was all mixed up they put me on hold in the middle of my order without saying anything. Then when I arrived the staff... was having an altercation and the cook walked out. It was very chaotic. However there was a young man that was very pleasant andKept the customer's calm because he didn't lose his cool he did the best he could with the situation, because he was on theregister with all the angry customers. Ordered online. Received a call they were out of rolls but would give me a brownie instead. I don't eat chocolate. I declined... that offer and just asked for that portion to be refunded. Went to restaurant about 10 minutes after food was supposed to beready it was still not ready. That was fine i sat and waited and watched the workers laugh and play around. Didn't wear glovestouching the food and on their phones. Received order took it home the fries were burnt and cold and the wings barely had a lickof sauce. And there was a brownie in the bag which i said i didn't want and i noticed i was never refunded for the rolls. Likeseriously what is so hard? Read more
This location should get 0 stars. My 19yr old son has been dealing with health issues. So for a surprise I decided to stop at... this location on my way back to Oshkosh. Its about an hour drive home. I wasn't worried about it getting too cold as I wrappedit all up tight and put it in an insulated food pouch. I knew to check for the sauce because it has been forgotten before. Itwas in the bag. I got it all home and my son was so upset. I ordered an 8 count and got 6! I ordered boneless and got bonein. They were supposed to be Atomic flavor but they were regular buffalo. It should have had blue cheese dip but it was ranch. Thats 4 for 4 mistakes. Disappointing that they don't try to make orders correct. Read more
Not a good Wingstop anymore. Food has declined seriously. Fries overcooked, cashier said they looked okay and they were clearly... burnt. Maybe their grease needs to be changed but do they care? Of course not. Just serve customers whatever, it's not likethey're spending their money right. The wings weren't any better. Barely any garlic or parmesan on them. Save your money andnerves. Ordered the new chicken sandwich, lemon pepper and parmesan garlic - definitely lacking flavor. Barely had any seasoning on both... sandwiches, tasted more like the plain flavor if anything. Read more
