I was visiting my mom who was in the hospital across the street. I knew I?d better grab lunch because I?d be there for the rest... of the day. I ordered the Asiago Chicken sandwich without the bun and with extra lettuce and tomato. They automatically knew Iwanted it to be Keto! When I opened the container it was a perfectly assembled chicken sandwich between the ?lettuce buns?. Sofar no other restaurant has done this for me! The service was fast and friendly. I ordered a Chilli with extra cheese...cheese had mold (green spots on the cheese)! Next day I ordered a chicken sandwich and... the chicken patty was raw. I ignored the cheese incident the first day. Saying to myself it was a mistake but 2 days in a rowsomething was wrong with my food. Read more
Dined in. When I asked, got told the combo was about $0.50 more than just the Nuggets. So I ordered the combo... It is actually... $3.50 more for the fries and drink. Also I ordered a strawberry Frosty,, instead of upgrading my drink, they gave me an emptycup that I didn't need or want or use. Felt overcharged. Yet no manager felt I was worth the time. Shame. The chicken nuggets were cold and dried out. The fries were extremely salty and cold. I picked up my food via the drive threw... window. Once I reached into my bag to eat a nugget I realized they were cold and dry. I pulled back around and went inside. Ofcourse I have to hear how they are short handed. EVERYONE is short handed. If that is the case close the lobby area down andfocus on the drive threw only like other places have been doing. They had 5 people working last night. Bay St. Louis MS? southwest avocado salad?There were no pieces of avocado present, only about a half teaspoon of some sort of... liquefied avocado. The tomatoes were mushy and so finally chopped up that you couldn?t even get a taste of tomato. The chili waswatery and contained none of the spices that Wendy?s chili usually contains. The employee who took her money did not smile orgreet us and looked as if she was angry to be there. The employee who handed us our food was perfect.The manager and four otheremployees were standing outside smoking and talking.Along in the rise of prices should go an emphasis on quality. $25 for Twosmall salads , 2 chilis and a Diet Coke is too much to pay for such mediocre food.someone needs to be over seeing the managementof this restaurant ! No wait whatsoever at the drive thru. Seemed like whomever made my food actually cared about it being good too.
Drive through forgot part of the order but were quick to correct and make it right. Everything was hot and fresh.
