As the only Applebees in town this one needs a makeover badly. Our waitress was nice but that was the only highlight. As a... champion of Applebees I ordered my same dinner and it came out as if they just threw it on a plate. I got literally a cut upchicken breast on just lettuce. Just lettuce no other veggies. One party in our group also ordered something and another staffmember brought out the wrong item and tried to convince us we ordered it? we did not? we said we ordered tacos not a quesadillabut she kept just saying who had the quesadilla and we kept saying we did not? it was a weird experience. Total thing wasdisappointing and the service was as bad as the shape of the place. Take a few week days and update the location to clean andrefresh. Talk to staff about connecting with customers. Customers will order more and tip higher when your staff is nice. Read more
Food was pretty good. Clean resteraunt. The Greeter seating people is rude and grumpy every time we come in. More so this... evening. Never a smile and doesn't seem to care how long you're waiting to be seated. Even when they're not busy. No personalityat all. They brought the bill 5 minutes after our food was served. Didn't ask if we wanted drink refills, dessert or anything. Read more
Good staff and good service. Never have to wait for more than 15 minutes for the food. Kudos for adding a vegetarian burger, but... gotta have a little more vegetarian options! For the Applebee's, this location is as good as it gets. Read more
The food very disappointing, personnel didn't keep track what was available for dinner. Order full rack, advised 1/2 hour after... order placed by manager they were out of ribs. Ordered rib eye then but delivered NY steak, mashed potatoes looked half oldbatch and new batch, coleslaw had more carrots than cabbage very disappointing, personnel was pleasant but not trained properly.Brought my husband's salad after twenty minutes of ordering, then when brought his steak had his broccoli on dish took over tenminutes to get his coleslaw. Waiter said it wasn't on shelf with meat plate yet, cooks were not on top of it making waiterslooking incompetent. The waiter should of waited for the coleslaw and not serve separately, he was done with most of his meal bytime I received my dinner. Read more
A+ service dog experience. As they should, staff ignored my service dog. Manager went way above and beyond for a difficult... customer in the booth next to ours including remaking her steak twice. We were leaving as she was handing back the third steakthey cooked for her. My steak was cooked perfectly. Food was good. Friendly staff too. Read more

The food is what you would expect from an Applebee's ???? however the music selection is fantastic and our waitress Brittaney... was amazing. The restaurant was understaffed and she was the only person on service, even with that she was super friendly andkept a smile on her face. Thank you Brittaney for an amazing experience! Read more
Waited over 10 minutes for a server to come to our table while several walked by or looked over seeing no one had come by to... offer us service, eventhough the restaurant was not busy. My brother inlaws quasadilla burger was burnt, my sisters didn't comeout with the bacon that it was supose to have and my whiskey bourbon burger didn't have any sauce on it. My burger had also beenbut in half and then the cheese melted onto it which made it very messy to eat. When I asked the server if it came with a sauceshe wasn't sure and would have to ask the kitchen. Slow service and sub standard food. Read more
