We ordered through the app which was the first mistake. It is best to order right there so you can supervise the people making... the sandwich. They completely screwed up our order. My sandwich was suppossed to have chipotle sauce, it had sweet onion andbarely any vegetables. My wife's order was supposed to have extra veggies and barely had any and she couldn't even taste themeat. They put several vegetables on my son's sandwich that he didn't all for and his sandwich was supposed to have honeymustard and, instead, had chipotle and so much of it that by the time we drove the 3 miles to get home it was a soggy mess andhad to be eaten with a fork. My family orders food at 7:50pm online. Our food was ready at 8:10. My fiancé waited outside the door for 20 minutes. The staff... looked at him numerous times and refused to open the door for him to get our order. Finally I called and said he was outsidewaiting, they acted like they had no idea. Very immature staff and couldn?t handle an upset customer (upset for the rightreasons) without hanging up on me. Very disappointed in the children they have working there. Read more

Had Tuna Protein Bowl...no doubt the worst thing I've ever had. The tuna didn't even taste like tuna. No flavor. The rest of... the bowl, lettuce, tomato and onions was no better. Skip this!!! Read more

I was very disappointed because I ordered 1 footlong meal and didn't get the 2 cookies I ordered. My husband and I tried the new... melts and they were not good. They tasted like burnt paper and had 4 times the MEAT a normal foot long has instead of 4 timesthe cheese the melts are supposed to come with. I even tipped them before hand because I saw their sign saying they are shortstaffed. Read more

It was as if they didn?t read my ticket. Ordered a sandwich online, took some ingredients out, added some other ingredients, and... all of it was seemingly disregarded because the default sandwich was made without a care for my order. Add standoffish serviceon top of this and I think it is safe to suggest you steer clear of the Waverly location. Not good. Read more

Great in car ordering experience. Remember to get close enough to hit your mirror. Not fun with the door open and trying to... reach the screen. Inside help are very helpful. I wanted a different chip, than appeared on screen. They fixed it with noproblem. Give that drive-through a try, it is lots of fun. Read more
