When you have to walk across the store to the beer cooler to get... refrigerated food for making pizza, it's no wonder they can't have pizzas ready in time. I used to go to this. Waverly Casey's all the time. I've been going here for years and recently it has gone downhill fast. It's... very obvious that there has been a management change and it wasn't a good one. All of the staff has changed and now they aren'ttrained and they're always on their phone and they're not very polite. They make it seem like it's an inconvenience to have toserve you. For a while. They were even sitting on chairs. I've tried to talk to the manager but didn't get positive feedback. Idon't know if she cares. I haven't gone in weeks and I drive by every day on my way to and from work and it makes me sad. Now Ihave to go out of my way to go to a place that is not on my way to work and I miss Casey's being my place to go. But they haveLost my respect and therefore my business.
