I used to go to this. Waverly Casey's all the time. I've been going here for years and recently it has gone downhill fast. It's... very obvious that there has been a management change and it wasn't a good one. All of the staff has changed and now they aren'ttrained and they're always on their phone and they're not very polite. They make it seem like it's an inconvenience to have toserve you. For a while. They were even sitting on chairs. I've tried to talk to the manager but didn't get positive feedback. Idon't know if she cares. I haven't gone in weeks and I drive by every day on my way to and from work and it makes me sad. Now Ihave to go out of my way to go to a place that is not on my way to work and I miss Casey's being my place to go. But they haveLost my respect and therefore my business. I really miss the old management and staff. Read more

Only three out of four gas pumps working and no paper for receipts, and in this instance the machine even knows that I have to... go inside for a receipt so I'm going to assume that this is intentional at this point. Read more

Theyre Really struggling at the Waverly Ne Casey's. When you have to walk across the store to the beer cooler to get... refrigerated food for making pizza, it's no wonder they can't have pizzas ready in time. Missed orders, late completion, lackof engagement by employees. Culture is suffering. They need to get this one updated like all the others. Read more

Every time you call to order a pizza the wait time is over an hour. Short hair lady that works in morning is one of the most... unfriendly humans I have come across. Gas pump out of paper for receipt. One of the worst Casey?s in the state. Won?t everreturn. Read more

I was really pleasantly surprised! Our stop here was not planned. We were headed to Lincoln from Omaha, and I started feeling... ill from my blood sugar dropping. I don't have a particular medical condition causing it, but I did know that I needed to getsomething to eat very soon or I was going to be in trouble. So we pulled off the interstate at Waverly, remembering we had seenCasey's here before. It's a convenience store, and we're gluten-free, so there wasn't a whole lot to choose from that wouldhelp with what I needed right then. I was not able to go in and choose for myself, but Hubby selected some tuna salad for me. Myfirst thought when he brought it out to the car was that convenience store tuna salad sounded like a huge gamble, almost likethe sort of thing that would be in a cartoon making fun of absurd gas station foods. One bite and I knew I had been tricked.Surely something that tasted so good wasn't from a small-town convenience store? But wow...it really was yummy! I'm not a fan oftuna salad. It's one of those things I've only eaten out of politeness at someone else's home or when there simply was no otherchoice. It usually simply tastes too tuna-y and sometimes is too much like paste rather than food. But what we got today atCasey's in Waverly was perfect. First, it taste FRESH, not like gas station food where the tuna salad was clearly made elsewherefar too long ago. No, this tuna salad tasted like someone had just whipped up a batch specially for us. The texture was great, not like the pasty glob some tuna salads can be. And the mixture of flavors was perfect, celery, tuna, some mayo, and onlyenough salt to bring out the best of it all. This was so good, in fact, that we will be making a special stop at Waverly in thenear future to try this again. And if someone is willing to make a special trip for conveniece store tuna salad, you know itmust really be THAT good! Read more
