Ordered a family pack last night with 3 toppings. They was scarcely a tablespoon of each topping. It was lacking sauce and... cheese on a third of the pizza... Very disappointing. Paid premium price for premium disappointment. Granted, I saved a fewdollars for pickup code ordering in the app... But they lost a customer. Read more

The prices are very ridiculous for food or a sheet party pack pizza. the employees are very professional and they have delivery... service. Customers can take out or sit in. The building is very clean. Read more

while the food we did get was good, I am honestly more disappointed in what we didn't get that we ordered. we (attempted to)... order a meatball sub (which was never rang in or given to us) a large order of mild wings, a small order of garlic wings, extraBleu cheese (which we never got), and two cheese steak salads. I then called in to see if maybe the sub was sitting on a rackready to go. I was then told by the man who answered the phone (it wasn't his fault and in his defense he was nice) that it wasnever rang in. he did ask if I wanted to speak to a manager which I declined his offer. (we didn't pay for the sub so I wasn'tas upset about it). what I was mainly upset about was the fact that even though we spent 60ish dollars on the food listed abovethat I still had to cook anyways for my wife. I'm not sure where the lack of communication came from or what happened but Iunfortunately cannot justify spending that much money when it's not even guaranteed if I get it or let alone if it's even put onmy tab. On top of the fact of there being close to a 45 minute wait time. Normally I don't write negative reviews but thisisn't my first negative experience with this location. I am unsure of whether I will return to this establishment ornot. Update: The owner of the restaurant reached out to me and inquired upon the situation. She was very professional andvery swift in her action of making things right after I explained the situation. I have changed my rating from 2 to 3 stars.Iwill be giving this establishment another chance in the semi-near future where that interaction can improve the rating to a 4star at least. Read more

I placed my order at the counter and waited in the car. The Pepperoni & Sausage pizza we received seemed like it was a pizza... that had been sitting around for a while. It was dry and did not look appealing at all. My husband ate 1 piece of it and Ididn't eat it at all. I had also ordered wings and they were perfect. Plus I got two of the fresh chicken bacon ranch slices andthey were super good. If I ever go back I'm going to ask to see the pizza before I leave. Read more
