We had two separate orders in our vehicle. When we got to the 1st window to pay and the girl asked me if my order had the... McChicken in it. I told her Yes, but we have two orders and the second one has a fry and shake. She told me she understood thenswiped our card but didn't tell us our totals. I asked her for the receipts and she told me I had to drive to the second window,so we did. When we got to the second window they informed us after many questions and confusion if we paid for both orders. Itold her I thought we had paid because we told the girl at the window that we had two orders and we even tried to get areceipt... When they realize that it was their fault they apologized profusely and we paid for our second order and left. Theywere very apologetic for their mistake and it wasn't a huge deal, just a little waisted time. Read more
Terrible quality and pricing. Sweet tea everywhere else is 1.07 not 1.65 and your ice cream is cheap ice milk it's not good.
I have to give this location credit, the staff are extremely friendly. Most McDonald's ignore you in a stalemate until you use... the kiosk. This one is the opposite and insists they take your order in person. In person ordering is faster than the app anddefinitely much faster than the kiosk. Service is extremely fast and friendly. The dark headed girl in the drive- thru this morning 8-4-22, had an attitude and jerked my pop out of my hand, because I said I... was supposed to have a large one and when she gave it back she shoved it in my face. I was not rude to her so I expect the samein return. She is very unprofessional and doesn't need to work with the public. Not all customers would have drove awaypolitely. If she was having a bad day I am sorry for her but DO Not take it out on your customers!!! Read more
If I could I would. Give this place zero Stars. The food was thrown together and you had to separate the hamburgers and put it... nicely neatly back on your bones. The fries look like they need change the oil at this location. Inside of this restaurant everytable was disgusting dirty. The floors had food all over them in the front of the house in the seating area where you sit downand eat what got me was it has been newly renovated but it was disgusting to eat at the food was disgusting to eat at the sodafountain area look clean but it wasn't I found stuff floating in my pop as it was coming out of the soda machines. I would notrecommend this to anyone this place if you're visiting this location and you're driving through Waverly Ohio go somewhere elseto eat this is very disgusting. I give this place minus $3,000 on the points I wouldn't even ever go there. And the time of dayI went there was around 3:00 in the afternoon. Read more
One of the cleanest McDonald's I have eaten at, and very friendly and competent service. But the bun on my Big Mac was stale and... fell apart, and requested extra cheese on the fish sandwich non existent. Read more
