i made an online order of two 10pc nuggets, and they charged me for three. i got 30 not very good nuggets that i didn?t need.... and then, they forgot all of my sauces. so i went back to get them and heard someone say ?we should start charging for thesauces?. so by the time i ate everything was cold and it?s ultimately their fault. also the cashier flirted with my boyfriend,you know who you are freak. Terrible. Go to the one in Milan by the Walgreens I've gone thru the drive thru several times and most of the workers are so... Rude. There has been one time a cashier was nice. The workers act like you are bothering them. I don't think they realize it'sthere job to serve. I have a daughter that likes McDonald's that's why I still went. The food is always, I don't know why,old. It doesn't matter if it's 8am or 2:30pm in the afternoon_ if it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner_ Busy or not busy. It hasnever been fresh. We do not special order. They charge me full drink price for a water, which I don't mind, but my husbandhates it. It is not on the dollar menu. They must have a shortage on ice because they hardly put ice in it. McDonald's is nolonger cheap. Go to a restaurant it will be just as cheap. One star for the nice cashier.,,???? Read more
Every time we go they mess up our order. Today they had us pull forward for our hamburgers. 10 vehicles later went in to find... out they were putting our food back. Any more when you visit a fast food place you expect mediocre at the very best. Tonight we were blown away by not only the... service but the quality of food as well. Everything was perfect and fresh. We were so suprised considering we stopped at a McDs, at 8 at night during a huge event. The manager was so good with her employees and went over and above to listen to each ofour kids order and make them feel like the customer. We were honestly shocked at the entire experience. She killed it! And thefood being fresh and not greasy/soggy was the cherry on top. Read more
Went through the drive through. Was told to pull to the side that they would bring my food. While waiting i watched probably 10... vehicles go through and get there food. So I got out of my car and walked inside. As I got to the counter they were finallybringing me my quarter pounder meal, and kids chicken nugget happy meal. Read more
