They do a good job usually.. but when i went there yesterday? the Atmosphere was pretty depressing! There was an employee asking... help from a superviser or manager for help with something, the so called superviser stood there not helping anyone mumblingstuff? Everything was good but management needs work just saying.. no wonder noone wants to work there. Read more

Just stopped in at the Wawa Tim Hortons. They had no toilet paper in the men?s washroom, as well as no soap. Mentioned it to the... supervisor who didn?t seem too concerned about it Read more

Stopped in there, place was packed, they were training new staff and had put up a note asking for patience, which was fine. But... there was garbage piled up in the garbage cans, there were customers who were waiting for their orders, sitting on the tables, and no one told them to get up, so gross. The drive thru line never moved the whole time we were there, lol. We gave up andleft after seeing that. Would never stop there again, if the management allows people to sit on tables, I can only imagine howsanitary the place is. Read more

Friendly service! Yummy pumpkin latte and decent cilantro chicken bowl. Surprised the lobby was closed, and drive thru only open... till 3. Workforce shortage I believe:( Read more

Aside from not having "city" hours, this place was wonderful. Even though it was drive-through only, they are well staffed,... super friendly, and I'm impressed at the speed of service despite the intimidating long line ups; 37 minutes for 26 cars is lessthan 1.5 minutes per customer and left me impressed. And to top it all off, I visited this location multiple times and, evenwhen I had a larger order, they never made a mistake on anything I ordered. Read more

Slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I have been waiting in line for 20 min, still waiting. Update, still in line 10... minutes later Update, after 40 minutes of waiting, a guy walks to the drive-through window and orders a coffee in front of theentire line of cars. I asked an employee why that happened as there is a line of people who have been waiting at least 40minutes. They said they don't know and came up with excuses as to why he could have been there. Example "he might have been on amotorcycle;" apparently that allows you to bipass the line although the employees had no idea what vehicle he was driving. Ihave never received worse service than I did at this Tin Hortons. I could literally get an oil change faster than it took me toget one large coffee from this Tim Hortons. Read more

Twice in two weeks ? very long times to process short drive-thru lines of cars and they won?t allow people inside to use the... facilities. 17 minutes to get one tea! Once you?re in line, you can?t pull out to leave but I?m sure many would if it werepossible. They deserve 1 star but I?m giving them two because ? after all, it?s still a Tim?s! Read more

Driving across Canada I have had my share of coffees. Stopped in at Tim's in Wawa to jug up and was treated to the best coffee I... had on the trip. Pulled over just up the road to Old Woman Bay to enjoy the coffee and the scenery. Read more
