Server was great BUT why every time we come they bring food out randomly. Like they don't know that it's proper to bring... everyone food at the same time. We sit here wanting to have family dinner but we get 1 or 2 people food then they either waittil it's cold and we get ours... Or eat and watch the other eat later. First thing is first... Kit was an amazing server. He was on time every time and the service was fantastic! Now... that being... said, Jason the manager that came over and INSISTED that I pay with "text pay" even after I let him know several times that Iwas not only uncomfortable doing that but didn't understand why he was forcing the issue to the point of correcting me severaltimes. Finally I had to verbally insist to pay with my card at which point he dismissively and rudely indicated that he "guessedI could" and he would have someone come take care of it. He then proceeded to berate our waiter (kit) and indicated that he hadsomething to so with my decision. Not only was that insulting that he thought I couldn't think for my self or that my waiter hadcoerced me but he was also "hanging out" with certain guests going so far as to tell them he would "reduce their bill." $12 for 5 ?tenders?. Are you kidding? Additionally, the pickup rack sits directly under a vent, so if you aren?t there to take... them from the attendant, they?re gonna be ice cold. Never coming back. They?re assuring my loyalty to It?sJustWings down thestreet. Read more

One and done here at the Waxahachie location. Had a large takeout order. Got home, missing fries and on top of it a bite out of... the burger. Brought it back and the manager says "oh, that's a tear in the bun from them being careless, definitely not a bite".Y'all can be the judge of that in the picture. Busy place with a 15 minute wait to sit inside. We ended up sitting outside as it wasnt looking like it was going to be 15 maybe... another 15. We were greeted by our server . he was friendly and on his A game. Patient and it was impressed. Drinks were okay alittle light on alcohol though. Appetizer sampler was okay. Seemed like good variety but pretty small amounts. The originalwings were good but needed sauce. Overall the other wings seemed good and well liked my the others. Would come back again Read more
Went in on Tuesday night for dinner with my family. We ask for the BOGO but was informed it isn?t that anymore but it was buy... one get 1/2 off the same amount. So we order 20 & 20 and ask if we could split up the sauces 15,15 & 10 - the waitress said yesand we ordered our meal. When I got the check they only gave me half off 1 -15 order and charged me full price on the other 10.The waitress then said they only do the special on 15. Why didn?t she say that in the beginning so we could have ordereddifferently. Anyway the manager reduced the bill by less than $2 and said that was the best she could do. To say the least Iwasn?t happy but signed the check and threw my receipt at the table I was sitting at. Well the manager took offense to my actionand said I wasn?t being very nice and wasn?t representing a Christian view. I walked back to the table and picked up the receiptand placed it on the table. During this time 3 or 4 of the wait staff were calling me names and asking if I were a man? At thispoint I ask for my receipt back and crossed off the tip. I do not recommend anyone visit this establishment and especiallyhaving to here half the staff bad mouthing me as I was walking back to pick up my piece of trash and place it on the table.
