Stopped at Chick-fil-A today and ordered some food for family and friends. Made it around to the window after waiting in the... line for about six minutes. We were provided our drinks before we received our food. There were two young men standing at thewindow passing out the orders and I asked them for straws. One of the young men told the other one he needs straws and startedlaughing making fun of the way I said straws. We asked him if he was being entertained by the way I said straws and he all of asudden got serious and started with no sir and no ma'am. This is terrible customer service to make fun of the way someonespeaks, especially when you do not know them personally. To top it off we still did not get straws for the three drinks weordered nor did we get napkins. That was our last trip to Chick-fil-A. Rock bottom customer service. Management gave me a calland informed me they would refund our meal price and apologized about the above mentioned situation. Thank you. We will donateit to the Impacting Lives Foundation. Read more
Long wait on busy Saturday nite for the food. Fries were soggy when tasted on the way home. However, a few minutes in the air... fryer with the chicken pieces brought both back to fresh crispness! Read more
This Chick-fil-A is usually offering excellent service, but has been declining recently. The staff is still friendly as always,... but this is probably the third time in a row my order has been incorrect at this location. I asked for no pickles and largefries, they gave me a sandwich with pickles and either a small or medium fry, definitely not a large. Basically stealing mymoney at this point, since I'm not making the drive back after I already got home. There definitely needs to be some changes atthis store. Read more

This location is terrible to pick up from on delivery platforms. 98% of the time you come here to pick up, the order is not... ready. You'll wait a minimum of 10-15 minutes. Now today I come to pickup an order after 9pm and their lobby is locked.Chick-fil-A Midlothian is way better than this one. You guys need to take some lessons from them. So many times this place can'tseem to keep up with customers or delivery orders. It's a joke. Read more

Food and service was great. Everything was clean including restrooms. The only thing to watch out for is the parking lot is a... little small so if you go during busy hours I would park off to the side so you don't get blocked in by the drive-thru line ofcars. Read more
