**************************************************** While I appreciate Dickys reaching out to *make things better* I don't do... re-dos or comps. I'll visit again anonomously, same as before. ***************************************************** maybethey're having a bad day ? no? can't say that anymore the last couple of visits made me sad ???? this past one was awful went into pick up just a full rack, no extras was shuffled to the delivery window, by the cutter/chef where not 1 but 3 servers ignoredme until he snarked at one to prepare the order what I got was terrible while they were dry rubbed like I asked, (sauces onside) they were dry and over cooked the *rack* was made up of individual pieces with a ton cartilage on the bottom with a solidpiece on top covering them I felt like I had gotten the scraps, my daughter and grandson got the nicer pieces so two in row(previously there were items missing on delivery but again over cooked, ended up giving chicken meat to dogs) this after a yearof good food have no idea what changed management, cook? I will tell you what, I have been to my fair share of Dickey's BBQ restaurants but this one was absolutely fantastic! The woman... who took our order was as courteous and friendly as can be. Too often it seems to me, businesses treat us consumers as ifthey're doing us a favor by taking our money. Not true of this business. They make you feel welcome the moment you walk in thedoor. The food was cooked well and was flavorful. The employees all showed great attention to every detail and you definitelygot the sense that they wanted you to be happy not satisfied but happy that you made the choice to have a meal there. If youhave never been to this location then come check them out. I will also say this. If there's another BBQ place that's a littlebit closer to your house, skip them and still go to this one. I went to the drive-thru and ordered 2 SLICED BRISKET sandwiches and okra. I repeated 3 times the order. Took it home and here... is what I wasted $18.41 on. 2 CHOPPED BRISKET, I think it was Brisket, on 2, what appeared to be slider buns. Not enough meat tofill either bun. So dry,that it was a little bit crispy. We didn't finish either sandwich. The okra was very greasy. Will NOTgo back and I doubt if Dickey's care ! PATHETIC!! Read more
I haven't been there in years. Very clean. Staff was friendly and the food was awesome. Spinach with cream cheese was the best... side dish that I've ever had. Read more
Clean uncluttered dinning area with awesome bbq and wide range on the salad bar. Each sauce is different but taste is awesome... even without it. Read more
Everyone in that store is super friendly and lovely. I had a very pleasant experience with the staff. However, the food quality... was bad, the coleslaw was stale and the cabbage was browning which usually means it has been sitting there for more than a day.The meat itself was pretty dry. The mac and cheese was decent. The sauce was way too sweet compared to other bbq joints. The 3stars are for the staff, the 2 that are missing are for the food taste/quality. Read more
Doors locked at 8:45 exactly on Monday night when they close at 9! Also no silverware they just scooped aides using the side... cups for our sides. Were rushed due to them wanting to close up and leave in a hurry. Need to post closes at 8:30 since almosteverything was put up when we arrived.
