This Dominos is EXTREMELY slow with orders. I?m leaving this comment for upper management because I understand that the... employees can?t help if they?re understaffed (which causes delivery to take so long). I?ve ordered from here so many times andeach time it takes 2+ hours to receive my order and I live less than 4 miles from the establishment. It's really toooooo bad I can't give a negative review. Really too bad! You have to give yourself at least 4 hours to get your... food. Like if you are planning to eat dinner at 6pm order the food at 2pm. It's almost like they want you to cancel. I've tried several times to give this Domino's a chance but they keep failing miserably. Last night was the last time I will... order from them. Next time if I want Domino's, I'll order from the Red Oak location and pick it up. Last night my family orderedcheesy bread, garlic twists and parmesan knots. Two hours later when our order arrived we received cinnamon knots instead of thegarlic twists. I immediately called Domino's as the garlic twists were supposed to be my husband's dinner. Whoever answered thephone there never apologized for the mistake and informed me that it would take two more hours if I wanted a replacement. Theysaid I could have a store credit instead if I chose. I told them i didnt want a credit and that I wanted the twists and we wouldwait for th being that it was friday night and we knew they were probably busy. The man hung up in my face, never gave me astore credit and never delivered the garlic twists. Their customer service is terrible. We will not be ordering from here again.Guess it's time to try Marco's. Read more
Update!! Does management read these? They are still terrible. Never delivered a pizza on time. Customer service has declined.... (But I'm addicted to pizza, so here we are) If you are okay with waiting almost 2 hours for your food, then go ahead and orderfrom here. Never had issues with th quality of food, however, they are consistently late with delivery. The staff and "manager"have no idea how to talk to people and have no sense on how to address issues. This Location has the worst Customer Service anywhere. Lack of Management and training is a big factor at this location. When... asked the name of the employee I was speaking with he told me he didn't feel like telling me his name. Then I asked him for theManager on duty's name and he said he was not going to tell me. I then asked for the General Managers name and he said he wasnot allowed to give me that information. All this was after waiting almost 2 hours for a delivery placed online. I called toconfirm it would be in route and he told me it was going to be another 55+ minutes. This seems to be the norm and what is shownfrom the "Franchisee" in their leadership! Read more
I have to give props to the guys (and girl) at Dominos. I placed a future order for what I thought was an hour and a half from... The time I ordered. Well when I got there I placed the order for the next day. Rather than send me away they fit my order inand got it done in 15 min. They were busy too. Thankful for my well not so small - small town and great employees who are outworking the jobs most don?t want. Read more
While the pizza actually isn't terrible, first you have to be able to GET the pizza. If you have the time and are willing to go... pick it up, then this store isn't the worst I've ever ordered from. If you use their app and you want your pizza delivered,especially anytime Friday or Saturday evening, forget it. Pick someplace else. You'll be glad you did. I'm sitting here rightnow, and my pizza order has been showing as "Prep" for over an hour now, and there isn't even an indicator how much longer it'llbe before it goes into the oven. I can't even cancel the order because they only have a recording answering the phone and noreal person ever picks up the line. I absolutely won't be wasting my time and money here again. Read more
