I used to love going to Carinos because of the good food and nice atmosphere but I went to eat there a few days ago and had the... worst experience! The sodas that me and my boyfriend received tasted like sparking water with no flavor and when we askedmultiple times for a replacement, it tasted the same as the first. Our waitress never came by the table to see if we neededanything. We also had to wait 30 minutes for our food even though it was not that busy and when the food arrived, I got thewrong meal I had asked for. The pasta tasted undercooked on top of that. Met some friends for early dinner. Our waiter, Tory, was great! He was accommodating, attentive & funny. I got the Green Chili... Jalepeno Chicken Alfredo. It was really good! Of course bread & garlic oil was awesome. The only complaint is how hot it wasinside the restaurant!! Read more

Haven't been to Carino's in years! Grew up eating here. Sadly, the service and the ambiance are not what I remember. It used to... feel warm and friendly and relaxing inside. It doesn't feel special like it used to. Just blaaa. But, on a plus side, the foodis delicious! Absolutely recommend the chicken carbonara! Read more

Not a great experience. I'll never be back. 25$ per person and my meal looks like a side item. Poor packaging, both meals... looked sloppy. My lobster ravioli had a shell shard in it. The steak, though seasoned well, 30% was fat, waisted. The chickenjalapeño ravioli had meat cuts that looked like scrap. The service and wait time was delayed. Ready time was 4:30 received at4:40. It would have been fine if it appeared that care was put into the overall experience. Never again. Read more
