The few times I've been there was excellent. But then on my last visits its been slacking. Orders take so long. The employees... are always in a terrible mood. When we were pulling up to the location they had trouble opening their own door. They had five employees working there and it... took 20-30 minutes for them to get another ice cream. t Their nachos were cold, the service was not up to standards. The employees were absolutely terrible. The first time I went they weren't even able to say what was in the drink I wanted. The... second time I had to wait over 40 minutes to get a simple mangonada.
