Emmanuel waited on several people at window, in store, on the phone?multi tasked! He was the only one concerned w the customers.... He was polite and on top of his job! He had a person finally come up but just stood while he was working w a line of people. Heneeds a high five and a raise!! He thought when I asked for his name I was going to say something negative..lol I believe whenpeople work hard and show respect for others deserve to be noticed! Especially when it?s hard to get anyone to show up thesedays.. come to find out.. it was his day off as well! Emmanuel thank you for coming in today you are setting an example forrest!! I ordered crazy bread and a stuffed crazy bread, the stuffed was fine! But i asked for extra Parmesan and butter and even paid... for it. These were completely dry and the crazy bread was burnt and even had flour stuck to it. I called and wanted to solve itjust to ask what i could do and got told i could have a replacement, and i didnt even want anything like a replacement or refundi just wanted to let them know what was wrong with it! But when i get moved from two different workers to the manager (over thephone) that was working she got very angry with me and told me that ?she prepared them herself so theres no way they could beburnt? even though there were other problems i stated as well. Yes they did provide the option to replace them which im thankfulfor that! And I understand short staff. Im upset with how i was treated over call while i was very calm and even apologized forhaving to make a complaint. I was repeatedly told that she did nothing wrong to the food that she made them herself. But thereshould not be flour stuck to every piece of bread, it being hard to the touch, and when you pay for extra sometimes you wouldexpect it! As you can see in the pictures the quality and i wouldnt even be making this complaint if there was respect duringthe call and in the situation but just know that i hope youre blessed and that if anyone has a problem next they wont be treatedrudely :) Read more

The pizza was pretty dry, very little sauce and cheese. It was ?cut? I use that term lightly lopsided and would not separate.
