This Marble Slab Creamery is nothing like the other locations. They would be out of business if they were because no one would... come there because of being ripped off and treated like you were a problem instead of a customer. They have some of the best icecream wherever you are. For this reason they are usually overcrowded but the staff is usually friendly and gets everyone throughas quickly as possible. The price is high but for the quality and quantity it's usually worth it. However at this location theycheat you on the amount of ice cream you get. If you order a bowl with the cone inside instead of the cone coming all the waydown to the bottom of the bowl as it does at other locations it'll only come down about an inch so you get very little ice creamas others have said. I've been to many locations and love their ice cream but will never go back to this location. Stay awayfrom this location unless you want to be treated like you are causing problems instead of a paying customer and want to beripped off by bait and switch from them giving you one thing but charging you for something different. When you order a regularsize bowl lift up the cone and you will see it doesn't go down to the bottom. Everyone who's having these same problems needs tocomplain to the Corporate Office so changes are made because this location is truly giving them a bad name. So let's start with the waffle bowl that was really stale. It was not crispy at all and if you look in pictures it was also... really shallow. So it looked like there was a decent amount because they placed the waffle bowl in one of their paper bowls.Turns out there was not that much ice cream. Especially $8.50 for two scoops. I mean the ice cream was good but I could have gotmore and paid less at other home made ice cream places. Read more
