Was not happy with one of the severs even though he was polite you could tell he could have cared less his attitude showed and... my order he did not listen enough to realize he got it wrong I know sometimes people are or get irritated with older people evenin process of showing some respect but it really hurts when they're polite and show some respect yet they have no patience andwant to get back to what they were doing before assisting you. They have delicious fresh prepared food, great pizza and I'll goback I'll avoid or ask for someone else's help I don't feel he should be let go. I've ordered here many times but given the experience I had tonight I will NEVER be back! We waited an hour and a half and they... delivered to the wrong address. We called to let them know and instead of making it right the manager, Robert, told me he wouldeither refund my money or I would have to wait until they have delivered all the pizzas that were ordered AFTER mine so I wouldnot get my food for an additional 2 hours. That's means I wouldn't receive my food for 3 and a half hours after I orderedit. *update* I saw the standard Marco's response like the one below so the same day I posted this review I also reviewed attellmarcos, it's now been 2 days since they commented here and I have not been contacted any other way. This is by far the best pizza I?ve had in Texas, the sauce is flavorful and the toppings taste fresh & are full of flavor as... well. The pizza wasn?t greasy like most joints. I usually throw away pizza crust but this crust was unusually delectable! Idon?t think I can eat any other pizza now. Read more
My family and I order from this location often. They love it here. Last night I ordered a pizza bowl and this is what I was... offered. This is actually the remake from the first one because it looked equally bad. The employee that I spoke with wasdefensive and sarcastic. Always great pizza. Fresh toppings with lots of options including meatless garden pizza. Typically more of a pickup or to go... place since the seating area is very small. Their loyalty program provides good coupons. Read more
I am very disappointed in the customer service. This was my first time trying Marcos pizza. I ordered online at 8:49pm to pick... up at 9:30pm. I arrived to the store at 9:32pm and the young man told me that he see my order but they haven't cooked it. Hetold me it'll be 12 minutes and apologized. Against my better judgment I decided to wait. I went back in at 9:45pm, once again Ireceived another apology. His exact words were, "I'll be honest I didn't see the ticket and I didn't know you wanted squares,I'm sorry." I'm confused how did you make the pizza that I requested without seeing the ticket? I was also missing the ranchthat I requested. At this point I was over it and just took the pizza and left. The flavor wasn't bad but the pizza was mostlycrust with only a few pieces of sausages and pepperoni. I won't be trying again. Unfortunately the $40 I spent on pizzas last night was a waste, as the pizza was completely different from how it used to taste.... It?s tasteless, only thing we could taste was a bunch of salt?
