I love their food and drinks!! But the curbside service is non existent! You can order curbside but no one will bring it out.... I ordered an Italian with no bell peppers. They put bell peppers on it. It is also like 99% ham with 2 slices of salami. I also... ordered the jalapeno turkey on croissant. They forgot the croissant. They forgot the side of ranch. My side of jalapenos was 6dry jalapenos on the bottom of a tiny plastic cup. See pic. Went in for a grilled chicken salad only to check my order prior to leaving and saw that the chicken was different from the... regular sliced meat. I don't know the brand, but it was similar to frozen Tyson grilled chicken. The primary issue is that itwas not cooked. The manager was very nice and offered to cook it, but the issue is that it should've already been cooked. Themeat was pink and cold. I feel bad for anyone they gave this to as this is a food safety concern. She told me it was temporaryand they sent the wrong meat. I just left the location in Arlington, TX and they had the same chicken, but guess what? It wascooked. I still ended up leaving there without food (refunded) and spoke with manager who was also pleasant. He also said thischicken is temporary and due to a shortage. I won't be eating any chicken salads from there until the normal chicken is back. The other is very poor in quality and taste and I can buy that on my own. Everyone is always so sweet and friendly when I come in. I usually enjoy my meal but idk who was in the kitchen today because it... was the best it has ever been. The steamed broccoli was perfect. The French dip was could not have been made better than it wastoday. Shout out to this team. Also, shout out to the gentleman taking the orders. He is so incredibly sweet and friendly. Ordered ahead via phone by 6-8 minutes, went in upon arrival and had to wait another 15 minutes. It was a waste of time. Food... order was correct, amd tasted OK, nothing special. Wrap kids meal and drinks. Price is increased for kids meal carry out. Read more
This is my first time eating and trying this food chain and I did enjoy the food. My issue with this location was when my food... was ready it sat there for an extra 10 minutes until I asked about it, then I was told we just need to bag it up. Also thecustomers who came in after me received their food before me as I watched my order sat. The Establishment wasn't busy but justdropped the ball with prompt service. Read more
