Worst service I?ve ever had!!! After ordering our food on a kiosk because no one was upfront which took about 15 minutes, The... kiosk would not finish our order and let us pay. I had to go back to the window where the food comes out and ask for some helpterrible food terrible service nothing was right and it cost $57 for four sandwiches! We came today to Panera to eat for lunch and our experience was horrible. I ordered the pick 2 and got soup and a salad. My soup... was clumpy and looked like it was left there over night. On my salad the protein is grill chicken when they call for our platethey took forever even though there wasn?t much pts here nor in the drive thru. They were out of grilled chicken and threw onteriyaki chicken instead. It would have been nice if they told us hey we?re out of grilled chicken do you mind this type ofchicken or would you like something else ? But no they just stood there and acted like they didn?t know what to do ! The partthat makes me mad is that they are so expensive and there food should match the price but it doesn?t. The person taking the order could not get our order correct , or just wasn?t actively listening.. anyway I ordered the margarita... pizza that comes with the wonderful basil and I add onions. She told me I could not order onions when I did the last time, andthey gave me a pizza without the basil.. which makes the pizza. I drove back around, and the only thing she could say is thatthey didn?t have basil. Think you should have mentioned that before; it?s called customer service. Read more
This particular location was not the best. Starting at the window they announced that they were "Out of bread" which was strange... for a place literally named 'Panera Bread'. Luckily, I didn't want anything with bread; I got the Baja Bowl requesting the salsaon the side amongst a few other things... They repeated the order correctly and still got it wrong. I received a baby amount offood with the salsa included as if they had pre made the bowl. On top of that, there was a brick hard piece of bread sitting inthe bag (after stating they were out). $13 dollar whole salad is an absolute joke. It is the size of a side salad. Will never purchase a to go salad. Plus they are so... careless. I bought two salads to go and they literally threw 2 pieces of bread inside the big brown bag, not even wrapped or ina container, just thrown in there. With all the high cost of eating out it is not worth it when they give a miserable portionand just throw the food on the bag. Will not be going back. Read more
Always wanted to check it out so I had a slow day and stopped in. I was not disappointed. Eating my Sandwich and Soup while CCR... was in the background blowing out "have you ever seen the rain", had me thinking about the yesterday's that have gone andwishing for days when we didn't have internet yet. Hand an opportunity to visit Panera Bread in Waxahachie Tx and that will be my last visit. Ordered a Margarita flatbread and... turkey chilli for our party. After asking do I want our chilli in a cup or bowl and saying cups please we were told sorry we areout of chilli. Next we get to the window and was told they do not offer veteran discounts. This is sad because one person was atthe location last week and they offered a group of first responders free meals. Then we pay for our meal and the young ladygives us our food and our card back. We just sit there and she opens the window and says is there someone else you need. Yes Ineed my receipt, why is this something I have to ask for. Last drove back to 77 and tasted a piece of the flatbread and it wascold. Terrible customer service and cold food. Read more
