This place doesn't even deserve a one star but I had to put it on here to be able to do a review. Yesterday, I ordered from this... location. I received the WORST service ever. I placed my order I waited for 15 to 20 minutes my order still didn't come, then mydaughter received an alert on her phone that the money from the order was put back on her card. Then I pushed the button to talkto one of the employees, to figure out why the money was returned back to the card, then a lady employee told me they canceledmy order. I asked her why she said because they had too many people. Then a male employee got on the Intercom real rude as ifit was my fault that they canceled my order. This place is the worst Sonic I have ever been to. Nevertheless, I contacted thesonic on 3298 I-35E, Waxahachie, TX 75167 to get the corporate office number. The employees were wonderful at the 3298 I-35E location, especially the manager Joe. Mr. Joe gave me and my daughter complimentary drinks for the ignorant and rude customerservice that we received at this Sonic. My main thing is how do you let a customer sit for 15 to 20 minutes with a order youcanceled and not even let them know! Very bad Customer Service. This is SAD when a "Sonic" Company that is not Affiliated withthis Restaurant has to clean up " This Sonic" ignorant behavior. SMH! I wonder how many times this has happened and no one spokeon it. Order 2 burgers, with easy mustard, no mayo, no cheese. My order arrived in a timely manner and I left. Burger meat tasted old... and cold, not sure of the time it was cooked, but it must have been cooked long before I ordered. Burger was swimming inmustard and SO MANY PICKLES, WITH JUICE. Could not eat the slop. Waste of time and money. Sonic don't insult me with therepetitive response that is used for every complaint. I don't know why y'all bother to take reviews because the problems arenever resolved. Read more

Should have not gone out! Burnt onion rings! By the time I got back from getting my order right, the rest of my meal was no... good! Didn't offer me fresh food for their mess up. So I didn't get to eat! Picture is added should have not gone with my meal! Read more
