They have gone down the last two months. Employees are rude they do not come to the front to take your order and when you do see... anyone they act like they do not want to be there and walk away not saying anything. The only words spoken were by an employeetaking a smoke break and said hi thats all. We were the only ones there no one in drive thru or dining area. I guess peoplehave stopped going there. 12:30 pm on a Saturday when this happened. We had to leave when no one took our order or anything forten minutes. I am writing this review across the street at Fuzzys taco they did great. We have had major problems the lastthree times we went there We will not be back until new management or someone we know goes and says they are doing better. Dontwaste your time. Very bad experience I ordered nachos and a soft taco let me just say I had to order another soft taco the nachos were horrible... and the service sucked I will never visit this taco bell again and the lady at the reg said she don't have the option to reprintmy receipt but can take a picture I said wow. I was hungry and just was trying to get something to eat. No words to describe the experience. Poor quality food, and inside out USED glove left inside the bag. Pictures say it all.... Called the restaurant to inform so they could prepare another set of food for us. No answer. Escalated this through the TacoBell online customer service. Have yet to hear back. For food health and safety reasons food had to be thrown out. Read more
Honest review! Customer service at the drive thru was great, however seriously, save yourself frustration over the quality of... food and drive down the road to another restaurant! The tacos here are basically a shell and nothing else! NOT what theyadvertise! What a joke! Very poor quality of food. This restaurant used to be good years ago! The ladies working today (Friday, July 15 at 1:00pm) were the most polite and courteous people I've ever met in the restaurant... industry. Such an awesome delicious establishment! We dropped by on 4th of July 2022 evening looking for a quick bite and the order we... made from their menu hit the spot! The gentleman who is usually there when we go is very courteous and generous and nice! Heseems like he runs a tight shift and everything and everyone is organized! Stood at the counter for several minutes before someone acknowledged us. Ordered a side of sour cream twice (just to make sure).... Finally gave up on the tea and had to get a soda. No sour cream and the place was filthy. Read more
