Mistakes happens and the world isn?t perfect. That being said, I want to warn others that the food items at this location are... overpriced and undersized. They have drastically reduced yes size of certain items and kept the price the same. For example? Thebig freaking taco shrank to size of a normal taco and now very tiny amounts of veggies and beef placed inside and costs almost$5. Also, the cinnamons chips have almost ZERO cinnamon sprinkles on them, over baked like they sat out for a long while andvery small amounts of chips placed into each bag. I used to eat these regularly, can compare to other locations portion sizesand past sizing and oh, how low they have fallen! I brought it up to the employee and was told, that is how managementinstructed them to be packed ? tiny. I ordered 3 cinnamon chip bags and got only 2 tiny ones ( thank goodness I checked beforedriving off). And apparently, ?easy ice? means pack it full with ice. In addition, the employee seemed irritated and wanted tohurry me along when I brought up these concerns. Certainly will not be returning to that location and will warn friends andfamily away. Went here tonight for the first time in a long time( as a result of past HORRIBLE service and bad food) and the customer Service... and food was amazing!!! The lady that served me was named Kim and she was an absolute delight and I was very pleased with hercustomer service skill. I don?t know if they are under new management but I will be making Bueno in Waxahachie my new hot spotwhen I am craving TX mex! If you have had a bad experience here before, I promise, the recent improvements in service andquality of food are worth giving this place another shot! Why bueno team and Kim! Y?all rocked! It should be a zero star! First time being here and they served me spoil food ????. The manager was at the drive thru window... and she was the one that hand me this disgusting food ???? like your the manager why are you allowing to served spoil food.NEVER AGAIN!! We loooove Taco Bueno but this location was TERRIBLE. Literally the worst quality food I?ve ever received at any Bueno location... ever. They apparently were low on chips so they used crunched up taco shell for my nacho salad! My son had chips and queso andhis were so stale he couldn?t eat them. Hell they even messed a bean burrito and he couldn?t eat his quesadilla burger. It wasnot made correctly and had brown guacamole. Read more
This location is a hit or miss... mostly misses. Most of the time the service is sub par. Orders are not correct. Staff can be... rude or just lazy. Night shift doesn't do a good job with anything. Food is over cooked, bland and dry. Sometimes they closeearly. The only thing that never disappoints me is the taco meat it's always good! Today we noticed that the menu pricesskyrocketed! Won?t be back. Started out with the cashier Tammy who seemed like she did NOT want to be there. Was very unfriendly in... addressing me and did not seem to know the menu well. Then the Apple Pay and credit card machines didn?t work. Before I?received my food, I? was told that the rice was old and smelly? So they used different rice. Then they used the wrong meat onthe bowl so we had to wait longer for them to make I?t correctly. While eating a worker mopped the floor ever so slowly rightnext to my friend and I?. Which was just uncomfortable. There was only us in the restaurant but the salsa stand was dirty andmissing napkins. The food was alright, but the experience they offer was not good at all.
