Burgers from warming drawers are never good. Barely room temperature. Special orders are the only way to get hot and fresh.
The drive-thru line was reasonable it wasn't syper fast, but we didn't have to wait as long as others have indicated. Everything... was fresh & hot. Employee was friendly & courteous. Perhaps they are listening & responding to the issuse of thier customers. Read more

Whataburger is not the same since the change of ownership. I can't say when the last time my burger was hot and fresh and didn't... have a head of lettuce on it. They were very busy so I was hoping to get hot food for a change. Instead I received warm burgerswith plenty of lettuce for a salad and greasy lukewarm onion rings. Ordered curbside, then found out they were out of the shake we ordered. They tell us we can't get a refund, we ask for another... burger instead. They drop off our drink and don't mention the burger. We wait over 15 minutes, then flag someone down. 2employees come and inform us they can't get us a refund. We ask for a manager. We have been waiting 10 minutes for manager tospeak to us. We have been here for 30 minutes waiting. We still have a 3 hour drive home. Lousy service Read more
Went through drive-thru ordered two very simple meals to the exact same two kids meals they didn't give us one of the sodas so I... had to order it separates and when we get home one of the kids meals only had it or a fries in it our granddaughter was quitedisappointed and upset made for a very bad experience will never go back this location needs a better management!!!
