This place used to be ok, but recently the service has been awful. I?ve been several times in the last couple of months and... won?t be back. Each time it has taken 20-30 minutes to get our order and each time the order has been wrong (either the wholebag is someone else?s order or items are missing). My husband love?s Whataburger so we have given them more tries than we wouldother restaurants, but it?s way too much trouble at this point. I?m not sure why anyone is still going. Read more

I can't give 0 stars. Ordered inside figured I'd relax and eat after work. And I waited 15 minutes for my food with only 2 other... guests inside and drive thru line that didn't pass the menu. Well no biggie I'm in no rush really to be honest. But to order adouble meat and not one but 2 pieces of meat are served raw. Must say I'll start making the drive to one of the others in townfrom now on. Read more
Very slow. I had to keep asking when my food would be ready. Other customers complained that it took over 30 minutes to get... their food. They didn't have any drinks (soda machine was out of order) but didn't offer a discount on meals with no drinks.This location has a bad reputation. Another customer told us they ran out of fries and had to go and get some. The guy who tookour order was very friendly and you could tell he felt bad about the bad service. Read more
Second line should never be opened when the first is backed up by 6 cars or more. Taking an employee off the floor means they... aren't on the floor getting more food prepared. Food was good but way way too slow Read more
I think the most upsetting thing is waiting over 20 mins in the drive thru (only 2 cars in front of me) & finally getting your... food & it?s COLD. Exactly what took so long? Could it be 4 of the employees just standing in the lobby just giggling away? Orwhat? Terrible. Whataburger needs to take a note or two from McDonalds, Chick-fil-A, or In-n-out. Read more
This is the slowest location I have even been to in my entire life! I have spend over THIRTY minutes in the drive through. There... also wasn?t a super long line either. Maybe 4 people total in line. I got in line at 11:45 and it is 12:24 and I am now the nextperson to the window. This is completely unacceptable for a ?fast? food restaurant!! Read more
