At least the fries were good, I will start with the compliment. Got home with the bag and the wings were not right. Wrong... flavors. Went back to the store and asked for a refund. I wanted them to immediately refund the money to my account because ifyou watch the chaos that ensues behind the counter you would realize that it is likely you won't get your money back becausethey will forget about it. I don't know who he was hiding in the back and whoever the cook that told me she had given me eightclassic wings doesn't know the difference between a boneless and a classic. Waited over an hour and a half ( food was cold) quality of the food was terrible. Then to top this order off ??. I requested 3... blue cheese and they gave me ranch. This wing stop store has really gone down with the quality of service and food. Waxahachieyou gotta do better!!!! Read more

I don?t know who is working or managing here at waxahachie, BUT don?t order here. Lancaster wing stop stop is your best bet! I... ordered garlic Parmesan wings bone in from here and it wasn?t seasoned and had no ?Parmesan on here? it?s been a year and trythem everyone once in a while and am disappointed every time. Then they turn their phones off mid day and don?t care if theymessed up. Don?t order here! I?m still waiting on refunds smh. Although my food sat on the counter for 15 plus minutes, I can't blame the one girl that was up front. I blame the 5 plus people... behind the counter dropping food off and not noticing the long line of people who ordered online to pick up their food. Food wasgreat as always. The manager was nice, and even changed my order eventhough it was my fault. HIRE MORE PEOPLE TO WORK UP FRONT. Read more

Where do I begin. If I could give this place no stars I would. We?ve been living in the area for a little over 3 years and have... had a bad experience with this place every time we?ve ordered from them. We?ve tried to give them a chance thinking that maybethe experience would get better but it didn?t. We will never ever go back to the Waxahachie location, we have given them enoughof our money in exchange for the terrible food and service. Last week was the worst experience. I called a order in over thephone ( surprised that they answered because they hardly ever answer) the girl said our order would be ready in about 25minute?s(we waited about 30 minutes before going to pick up our order and was told it wasn?t ready). My husband went in to pickup our order, paid for it and was told that the order would be ready shortly. My husband took a seat in the waiting areapatiently waiting on our $50 order. At this point my husband had been sitting in there waiting for about 30 minutes. My husbandthen proceeded to walk to the counter to ask the cashier how much longer it would be and she said oh let me check, she thenstarted looking at the orders that were sitting on the counter and saw our order which had been ready 30 minutes ago (my husbandsaw that same bag sitting on the counter when he paid for the food) my husband then went on to tell her that he wanted a refundbecause our fries and chicken had been sitting there for 30 minutes, the girl by the name Paige( I guess that?s her real name)walked back to I guess the assistant mgr and says this man wants his money back, I don?t even know why because the food is stillwarm ( horrible customer service), my husband responded and said I want my money back because my food has been sitting for 30minutes and no one has called my name, Paige(wing stop worker) says we are busy that?s why no one has called your name , busy?That?s not the customers fault. I do mystery shopping and this place failed while I was there I witnessed my food sit in the counter for twenty five minutes... before it was given to me. The employees talk to you like trash, outright refuse to give you their name. I also witnessed theemployee give free food away. My food was cold when I got home.
