Regular here, awesome spot for frozen custard.
Not sure I'll go back...have been a customer since it opened...love the Snowmonster but it is consistently made... differently...especially with the amount of strawberries and how well it is mixed...tonight was enough...hardly mixed and 4slices of strawberries and big hard clumps of chocolate ...Is there any training ?cause the consistency sucks...by the way whenyou first opened they .we great and for quite some time Read more
I never write reviews because I always give grace to the employees in customer service. Also always terrified of coming off as a... "Karen"...but here I am. Can't ignore this one We've been to Andy's a handful of times. We loved the custard and My kids enjoyit....however we will never, ever return. I can truly say I have never in my life recieved such poor and disrespectful service.I can't believe what I just experienced right in front of my young children, who were nothing but respectful in return. Theyoung man with the long hair at the window has no business being employed in a customer service position. If only he cared asmuch about his job and he did his cell phone. We will find a new place to treat our family. The Andy's franchise will not bereceiving any more of our money. Nice staff, well trained, and they remember me. Great tasting custard. Treat made the same almost every time.
This place is filthy and the employees are very rude! One employee (stated he was shift leader) had open sores and scabs all... over his arms and face that were visibly bleeding and he was walking around with his sleeves rolled up picking at the open soreswhile working! It was like he was at home in his living room! He didn?t even wash his hands or wear gloves after doing this! Theemployees clothes were completely soiled and unsanitary! They do not wear gloves when handling food items. They take your moneyand go directly to the ice cream and fix your order without washing hands or putting on gloves. We got there just in a nick of time. Everything was super crazy. The parking lot is way too small for how awesome of a place... this is but it was worth the wait! Everybody was satisfied. My son loved his lemon ice. Read more
A real treat!! Enjoyed the vanilla with almonds and brownies very much. My husband had the chocolate milkshake and loved it.... Another family member had the strawberry, really enjoyed. When i moved to ballantyne i was sad I?d be so far away except there?s one 10 minutes from my new place too. Always a really... good quick sweet treat. Staff has never been rude to me at this location although I had seen an argument between the teenagestaff outside before but I don?t really care about that though ?just lemme get some ice Cream lol Read more
