decided to jokingly go through the drive thru with our masks on and was told that we "couldn't record because that's illegal,"... even though it isn't. you really need to learn the law before you start claiming things like that and maybe join in the funevery once in a while. it's not our fault you're wasting your life away working at Arby's lol. They appeared to have one cook working in the back, with one manager and two cashiers. Kitchen was so backed up that the manager... told everyone to just stop taking orders. Can someone get cross-trained on the back? Can the manager step up and make asandwich? I felt bad for the cashiers who had little to do but watch the computerized list of orders, wait for the food, andmake apologetic faces to the long line of waiting customers. Arby's is fine. The service has gotten better over time. I know it's hard because we're in a pandemic still, but the Waxhaw... location's staff is nice and polite. The wait times vary from quick to lengthy (we're in a pandemic still), but I can live withthat because of how nice the service is. Read more
The staff was great. I went through the drive thru last night @ 9:00 pm and placed my order. Used a coupon and they honored... it. The middle aged lady running the drive thru was pleasant, worked hard, double checked my order and thanked me for mypatience. Overall I was very happy with my experience. Kudos to her!! Read more

Disclaimer: It is important to note that my low review is heavily based off of the staffing issues. Yes, everybody is... understaffed right now, but some restaurants handle it worse than others. Props to the manager for work with what they've got.Below is my review apart from staffing. The experience is average of what you might expect from a restaurant of this caliber.The food is average fast food quality, and the prices are comparable to similar establishments.
