Biscuits were disgusting! The sausage biscuit was so hard it was inedible. The egg was brown and rubbery, as pictured. Cajun was... old and soggy, and bo rounds were stale and hard. The food gets worse every time and Bojangles isn't exactly the cheapest place.We have reached out to the store and corporate with no response. Just got home from Bojangles drive thru to find that my 4 piece supremes wasn't in the bag. My fries were thrown in the bag with... my sauce, no biscuit and no chicken. It's not worth the drive back up there to get it. Not sure what has happened to thisplace. It was great when it first opened but then went down hill. A little quality control would go a long way. Went to the drive-through. After waiting 5 minutes to place an order while right in front of the speaker. Was then told they... were out of Cajun chicken and biscuits. REALLY ? ISNT THAT YOUR MAIN PRODUCT ? I'm at a loss how this place even stays open. Iwont be returning Read more
The people were very nice. We waited on our food for 30min. One guy brought out 1 sandwich and I asked where the rest of our... order was. Gave him my receipt and he walked to the back. I checked was told they were getting it together. Never was told whywe were waiting. When we received the food the 3 pc dinner had the chicken but the two sides barely had anything in them anddidn't get the biscuit. So for the workers I will give the 2 stars. But for the rest I was very unhappy with how it all went. Idon't fuss in this type of situation due to it will not do any good, but the review will be how I complain. Read more

Order from them online a lot through doordash--today they left me a cute note on my order's receipt that they're out of ranch... sauce, so they packed me up some honey mustard instead. Very thoughtful for a busy work environment! :) Plus it seems wellthought out since honey mustard is probably their most popular/second most popular sauce! Well done. Read more
Ordered a 5 piece supreme tender meal and received a regular meal with 3 regular sized pieces and 2 little nuggets. The wait... didn't bother me because I know everyone is busy lately but this is ridiculous how is this considered 5 pieces? Read more
This place USED to be fantastic. If you want hard biscuits and I mean hard like rocks and chicken so dried out it will break a... tooth.... this is the place for you. Read more
