The young lady that helped us, with glasses and nose ring, Vanessa was such a delight. She was pleasant and super accommodating... and made us feel like we were regulars on our first visit. We ordered deep dish pizza and small kids pizza and poppers. Food wasgood, but pricey(all food is pricey nowadays) and service was excellent. Would love to see a seafood deep dish on the menu! Feel bad for the people of Charlotte if they think this is considered Chicago Style Food.. Overly Salted Beef... Sandwich Microwave Pasta served with the plastic microwave dish..tasted like medicine Pizza was not bad..not great.. Bunch ofKids running the restaurant.. Will never come back.. We saw this place on IG & the pizza looked so good & cheesy we decided to take a 32 min trip to the other side of town to try... it. Well, Rosati's did not disappoint! The inside is small w/ maybe 3-4 tables. There is some seating outside too. We picked thetoppings we wanted on our pizza & order the dough nuggets (like breadsticks in nugget form) but so much better! They taste likea doughnut w/ garlic & butter on it. The marinara sauce they must make themselves & taste so much better too! I picked up a iceof pizza & it was so cheesy it literally had the strings of cheese like you see in commercials! Good Pizza! Likely just their style but the thin crust pizza has a lot of cheese, and we?re not talking extra just normal. If... you like cheese ordering extra is probably not necessary. The Chicago style with the sauce on top is fork and knife material forsure. If you like toppings it can hold them all. 18? Thin crust is a massive pizza, attached on a full size stove top. Read more
Worth the freaking drive! I didn?t expect the place to be small inside, but it was ok. The pizza was ON POINT! I couldn?t keep... from burning my mouth?lol, it was so good. Them WINGS???????????? maaaan my Wife and I sat there thinking if we should ordermore! I?m so satisfied, I?m happy they aren?t close. I would be there every other weekend, I have no complaints. Finally found a good pizza in Charlotte. Tried the wings too, it was fine. Crispier and hotter would make it to my list of best... wings. I will definitely go back again. Read more

It is hard to explain Chicago food in the south. Luckily there is a little taste of Chicago in south Charlotte with Rosati's.... Yes this is a Chicago franchise so you get all of the taste of Italian beef sandwiches, deep dish pizza and Chicago thin crustin the South. Unfortunately there is only one in the Charlotte area as with 1.3 million in the area, a couple more coulddefinitely be in use here as explaining the taste of Chicago in the south can be a little difficult to do.
